  1. sorry i should've mentioned rear suspension not both
  2. tho the R32s and S13s rear upper control arms, even the aftermarket ones have a different design where it wraps both sides in an 'O' shape around the strut and the 33s, even the S14/S15s have a bend which also goes around the strut but only on one side in a slight 'U' shape instead but yeah the rear upper link(traction arms) and lower control arm are the same.
  3. just like to add that R32 camber arms front and rear are completely different in design to those on R33 and R34s and maybe even the Stageas. S13s and R32s share the same suspension layout(1989-1993) but R33/R34s together with S14/S15s share the same suspension layout(1993-2000). If any are chasing brands other than Japanese ones, make sure the material used is made of strong steel like medium carbon steel for example which has better wear resistance and used mainly in forging and automotive components(done some research). normally suspension places should know their products anyway. keep in mind as well that if your car is to be used for the street, make sure that your chosen suspension arm has dust boots to cover the pillowball bearing from road grime and lots of brands even some Japanese ones like Ikeya Formula have exposed bearings which are ok if your car is dedicated for track use but on the street its a no-no so check before you buy. anyways, still no one around who knows places that sells Cusco, Ikeya Formula, JIC and Kazamas??
  4. as mentioned JPC doesnt have any brand new ones in stock at the moment and both Rhys and I have waited too long only to find that until now they still dont have them in stock, Vision R doesnt have any and Jparts also nil or none of the mentioned brands. surely there should be someone here who knows places in WA that sells Cusco, Kazama, JIC and Ikeya Formula suspension parts.
  5. im chasing a pair of brand new R33 rear camber arms but cant seem to find any dealers here in WA. brands im after are either Kazama, Cusco, JIC, and Ikeya Formula. JPC sells Kazamas but unfortunately they dont have any in stock and will take a long time for it to arrive. anyone knows any places that sells these named brand suspension components in WA?

    R35 Build

nice one mate. your R35 is probably one of the most highly modified GTR in the country. will you still be using it on the road?
  7. try malaysia. everyone must reach their destination before the other person eventhough each have no idea where their destination is. you get occasional reversing on the freeway because they've missed the exit and indicate left if you want to go right or the other to confuse drivers so they cant speed up and cut you off, one way lanes become two ways and lots of arguement, oh and while waiting for the lights to go green, you dont balance the clutch getting ready or left foot on the brake build up the revs but put your hands on the horn and get ready and when its green, blast your horn till the car in front decides to move, etc...ive driven there on my last visit and believe me, i dont wanna drive around there again.
  8. thanks heaps for taking the trouble to price up the seats, really appreciate it . yeah the prices are pretty much what i expect them to be though the TS series seems to be slightly cheaper than the SP series and i reckon better looking too. the prices are not much different to Bride seats by the looks of things. did you get those prices from the same link?
  9. hey mate, thanks for searching . tho im after brand new ones and the ones im chasing are the SP-GT II or TSGs.
  10. while true, there arent that many Recaro sellers online either. even idealseat doesnt have any pricing listed and i dont know any other Recaro sellers online other than Idealseat, C-red (C-red's stuff is pretty expensive anyway). funny how they do seats for many manufacturers like Audi, Porsche, Ferrari, etc yet finding sellers and dealers are so difficult.
  11. yeah they only sell OMP, Sparco and Cobras. seems like theres almost no dealers in WA (apart from C-RED). ive already ask for a quote from Idealseat but would prefer if we can get it locally.
  12. i think they still are but wanted to know if there are any other dealers besides them, located NOR preferably.
  13. not going to argue with that. wgmg, people who cant drive for s**t in the rain.
  14. hi i do like OMPs especially yours but my car already has Recaro SR3 recliners both driver and passenger and i want to swap my driver's seat with a fixed back so i wanted to keep it in the family. thanks anyway.
  15. as PM-R33 said, its all in the tune. normally if you have big injectors, a higher flowing fuel pump and bigger turbo you'll have to tune it anyway. you dont have to change the fpr for your application, its not really necessary unless for some reason you want to fine tune your fuel system or running ridiculous amount of power.
  16. im chasing their fixed back buckets like their SPGT or their TSGs but couldnt find them any dealers in WA. does anyone know who sells them?
  17. south africa+GTR? doesnt make sense. even if its true id expect it to be stolen within a few minutes after its parked lol
  18. silver R35GTR came into Northside Nissan to get his key coded but unfortunately couldnt do it cuz he only had half a key. had a NISMO BODYKIT must be bloody expensive and had 22in Rims on it too.
  19. i had my skyline since my Ls and glad i went through my Ps in it as well. finally being off my probation is such a relief especially since they are comin up with all this ban-p-plate shit. as far as im concern, you dont do anything wrong, you wont have problems.
  20. working at Nissan means you see them everyday lol
  21. most 180s are driven and trashed used as drift cars and you would almost never see them in good condition anymore. pity but true. as for 350zs, too expensive and modifying it is an utter pain in the ass (try removing the exhaust manifold or find correct wires to solder your gauges in,etc). but dont see how you can compare them tho. 350zs got a 3.5L V6 and 180 depending on model either the CA18 or SR20 which is a 1.8L and 2.0L respectively.
  22. your not wrong thats because the R32s styling means that only some bodykits will suit it which is pretty much the same with R34s. you have to pick the right bodykit for these 2 or you will ruin the styling of the car. why do BN or similar Drift kits look good on R32s and R34s?, its because the kit is sharply styled with pointy ends and is a lot more straight than curves think NISMO Z-TUNE with its front fenders or any skyline drift cars. making a boxy bodykit to match the car's bodylines is a lot difficult than most think. R33 kits are easier to find because their rounded shape makes it easier for bodykit companies to make up one that matches the bodylines of the R33 where as for the R32 and R34, their boxy shape means that making a kit to match is a lot of trial and error that very few companies can get right. even the R32 GTR with a Veilside EVO 3 Widebodykit we have for sale looks weird because the lower half of the body is widened but the top half is left untouched so the proportion is uneven. curved cars are easier to work with thats what ive noticed
  23. gets me 450kms until light comes on. too bad r33s have small fuel tanks: 33s only have 65 litre tank where 32s have 72 litre tank
  24. my opinion, forget about getting aftermarket BOVs even plumb-backs. the stock Nissan BOV can take alot of boost without leaking. Kier Wilson's own skyline had the stock BOV in it and he reckoned theres no way they'd leak so dont see the point of changing it if it doesnt make any difference at all unless you're looking at beyond 2 BAR or 28psi boost but then again it wont be a street car anymore if you run that much boost. if you want induction noise, get a pod filter and be sure u get an airbox made up for the pod to avoid cops trying to sting you when they see the pod and it will also be shielded from engine heat. u'll get a bit of power out of pod filters too.
