^ yeah thats true, the skyline is not ugly at all. Some skylines look ugly because of their condition. I have seen some r33's that looked so ugly because of wrong Matchin Wheels etc... so who ever sed skylines are ugly is wrong, ITS YOUR SKYLINE THAT IS UGLY. They look sexy, and i have had chics tell me that its a hot car a couple of times. and i remember once i was driving on Alexander road and two chics waiting at the bustop near ECU shouted sayin "GIVE ME YOU CAR" hahhaha and no i did not buy the car to get chics, i already have one but i am just sayin that it is not ugly and most people love the looks of the car. yeah but the price of r33 gtst is going so low that when i want to sell my car again i will get back less for it i can probably get more for the r34GT than for the R33GTST. thats one of the reason i want to get teh R34GT coz its the same price as the R33GTST from another state and the R34GT can sell for more when i am ready to buy the R34GTT

Hey mate, the car has never been registered. it has just arrived from Japan. but has a roadworthy certificate and the compliance has been done. Will it make it difficult to register if it has not been registered before but is complianced, has Roadworthy certificate and is Bone stock?

Yeah i know what you mean. have wanted a turbo one for long but i cant afford the R34GTT at the moment. and i want a newer car. i have had the 33 for a while and i loved it but i want to buy somethin newer that i can drive for a while till i can afford the r34 GTT(Which will be next year). i am liking the looks of the r34. Thanks for the replies Guys. Reason for buying an N/A is coz they use less fuel and i will be using the car everyday to Uni or work and shit. The R34's are Cheap in other states that's why i looked there. If i did find one that was cheap i would buy it from here. I cant fly there coz my UNI will be starting Next week and work. Still Deciding though. But if anyone can answer a few more of my questions it will be great. Cheers

Hey guyz, need a few questions answered from people here who have gone through the same process. I might be buying an R34GT in two weeks time (Hopefuly) I have no idea of the process, i have never bought a car from another state. and have no idea bout how to go about... i did find out a few costs but not sure if they are the only things i should be worried bout. these are the things i have found out: I called a transportation company and was told it will cost me Door(VIC) to Door(W.A) = $1149 Pits inspection = about $80 Registration = depends yeah thats all i know. I contacted the person selling it and he told me the Car is Stock Standard is not Registered and has just been Imported, The compliance has been done and it also has a Road Worthy Certificate. The Major Service has been done on the car including Timing Belt change and WaterPump... It does not have any modifications at all, not even the wheels. Newbie Questions. 1. He has told me to Put a deposit of 1000, which is the safest way to do it? 2. What is the safest way to pay for the car when i am ready to buy it? 3. Do i have to get them to fill up a form or somethin? 4. WIll i have to pay the transportation agency anythin else apart frm what i was quoted? 5. How do i check if the car is Dodgy? 6. Is there any way i can pay mechanic to have a look at it without me been there? like how you get RAC to check a car here in w.a? 7. Is it hard to register a unregistered car from another state? if the car is stock and is in very good condition? 8. I read somewhere around here bout the new Emission Laws, will i have to do a an emission test if the car is Completely Stock 9. Is there anythin else i should be worried about? 10. Just sold my N/A just now. Missing it so much already. saw it driving away and it looked so hot low to the road. shining in the sun. with a big fat exhaust in the back I remember after buyin it. so many random people complementing my car at shopping centers. and the best thing of all is that everyone who saw my car thought it was a Turbo lol hahaha These CommonWhores are everywhere and there will be nothing new in driving it. atleast in a sky you get to see people admiring your car. Maybe i need another Skyline

Haha i have heard that before. i also have the GTS TYPE S non turbo After i bought it, most of my friends asked why i bought a Non Turbo and whats teh point. Its not that fast but its still faster than most N/A's out there. Plus they look way better than most cars for sure.
