I Have delt with Chris, For a long time now!!! MidnightGTR - I doubt that your engine Tuner or whatever u call him... Can tell a blown turbo from just a simple noise....Any smoke? How is the drivability? A noise would be the last thing to show any sign's of a blown turbo... If it is indeed stuffed How can u possibly ring Chris And say its his fault???? He is just a guy who had N1's rebuilt from a turbo workshop and then sold them to u... I would understand u being so angry 'IF' he has rebuilt them used them on his car then gave them to u But they are brand new rebuilds... Hey even i have been in your situation....Not long ago...I didn't rave on and try and verbally abuse the person about the turbo's!!! Its simply not his fault.. The way i see it its just bad luck on your behalf/ Your not the only person who experiences turbo failure after new rebuilds or even new Turbo;s... Sorry if Its not my place to speak or place my opinion....But Chris DOESN'T / WONT Rip people off for his own good... From experience on most sales He ends up losing money And prob in your case aswell... Sorry once again if its not my place to speak! Tony

Had.... Its easy to run a 11 sec pass doing that but why would u when ur basically doing it with fingers crossed...

Why not try doing a leak down test... Might not apply to ur problem but... I found a leak when my car came from japan....Intercooler piping's clamps where loose... U never know what u might find... Cheers

ALso.... I know of a friend that had a gtr r32 Mods: - Full exhaust - Pod filters - Clutch had been done (Not sure which one) he pulled the hoses off the turbo's So he was running max boost Did several 11.7-11.9sec passes... But he eventually Killed the motor...

In our GTR R33 we were on the M5 stopped about 8 times to practice launches and have some fun... My dad was driving so For him its either take off slow or take off on limiter... He has a good technique which i tend to use now... 8 grand...Ride the clutch till the car starts to move then When your foot is about half way on the clutch Pull it off...(pop it)..This swats the rear end and gets some spin action more screeching sound... And pulls the car Hard... Best take off I have ever exerienced... We got a 0-100km/h In i think it was 3.7 or 3.9 I have tried other take off's but they tend to bog at anything under 6500rpm... cheers

I currently have just stripped my gtr r32 interior makes it easier to do before the cage was going in... Anyways.... Under the Dash/Consol there is alot of Sh*t That doesn't need to be there...Mainly got to do with the A/C such as heater box etc.... as Gary said the seat belts were Surprisingly heavy..The retractors and the thick bolts are really noticable... Jamie...I managed to almost close another sponsorship deal With a carbon fibre Company...Pm me if your interested in any panels to be done... cheers
