^^^^^ Thanks Scott Alan Jones has no idea what he is talking about. Limiting the fuel flow is to cap the power, not to get the teams to use their electric engines. Why can't we have a straight sky telecast. I hate the bullshit that comes out of Tens commentators.

+1 If they sounded like the turbos of the '80's I don't think that anyone would be complaining, I love listening to that era's turbo cars. Instead we have Formula Prius. Yeah there is no wastegate

Seeing as we are halfway through the race now, what are everyones thoughts on the racing? I can't really see any difference between this year and last years (apart from the car in P1 not being a RB). It's still all about the DRS zones. Terrific drives so far by Kevin and Dan though. Rosberg is doing alright as well I guess

I should have elaborated a bit more. I meant the super cars not the old F1's. The old V8 F1 doing the speed comparison gave me goosebumps when it got on the noise after listening to this v6 garbage all day.

God I hope the racing is closer this year because the engine note (or lack of) is really taming the whole experience. One thing that I am pleased about is the lower levels of downforce. It's good to see the car being recovered from a slide that is greater than 10 degrees. How loud are they compared to the V8's? From what I can hear through the TV they sound considerably quieter.
