its been over 12 months since ive been pulled over for no real reason and that ended up with a yellow sticker i didnt deserve the sticker really, well nothing to pull me over for, put it that way

im more comcerned about how they enforce this law, its basicly up to the discression of the cop if they impound your car.... so if im flying down the freeway doing 45km over the limit in my misses stock n13 pulsar, will they impound the pulsar? i doubt it but if im doing the same in my skyline (which i obviously wouldnt ) or someone in a v8 commodore.. im sure they will.... plus what if you want to contest your charge, when do they impound your car, once you have been found guilty or on the night of the charge? my 2cents worth
