The mentioned runner spacer was made out of the same phenolic material as the spacers for the VQ25's, and can not be used in conjunction with the plenum spacer. (not the 17mm spacer that I made, could be possible with the more common 8mm spacers that everyone else has installed.) Once I put the Cosworth plenum on it will be available if anyone wants to give it a try. I will be able to package it as a kit with all the required bolts, spacers and gasket.

It very well could be valve train noise, if so give it a service with a good quality oil. Injectors can make some noise, some more so than others. As for the 'up-to' 2500rpm, might be that you are a little paranoid and are hearing noises that might not actually be there.

Are you sure its not coming from the the intake manifold collector, where the injectors are sitting.

Might be as simple as a blown globe. Check there first.

That is the point I was trying to get across, solution could be as Aaron said paint it as close as you can or replace all trim around the binnacle to black to match. Personally I would be looking at the painting solution as I don't think you want to replace the wheel as well. I had found that gauge holder a while ago but at that time had no reason for the extra gauges, hence I did not purchase.

Have another look at the steering wheel surround on your car, the ignition barrel location is part of the instrument cluster surround. The only cut-outs on the column cover are for headlight and wiper stalks.

Short answer --- NO!!! The factory ballast on these cars are 35W, if you want to go to 55W you will need to change the ballast as well.

Have just driven to work, and travelled over some rough patches of road that normally throw me round like a cork in the ocean, now considerably smoother. Will be interesting to see how the front brace goes when I get it. Cornering feels quite good (raining, turbo & single spinner = not so much joy) holding flatter with more traction. Could be in me head but it also feels like it brakes alot better, i.e. better braking performance, but as I said this could be placebo effect.

For the V35 guys, Took me 15 minutes to install. Preliminary results are all good, short drive around the block and the rear of the car seems to stay flatter, also enhances the ride quality. Now just waiting on the Daleo special front brace. Also I just have to customize the exhaust on the drivers side of the diff as it is just touching the bar.

NO!!!!! The CVT is a completely different gear box. You cant put a 'shift kit' on something that doesnt change gears, i.e. there is nothing to 'shift'. Try google-ing the CVT gearbox, there are sites out there that have pretty good explinations on how they work.

I have my car insured with Shannons also, there were no problems in obtaining it either. And if your car isnt in Redbook, they should insure it for agreed value. The NM35 Stagea that iamhe77 had was written off last October, and Shannons paid out the insurance claim (agreed value) with no question asked.

More common is the plug that connects the seatbelt switch is faulty, some people have had success with putting a cable tie around it to hold it secure.

Now that is a can of worms, as the HID kit is not "legal" it is removed from the car, therefore you have no right to the parts. I have an aftermarket set of projectors on my sedan with an aftermarket HID kit (6000K) and the road is lit up very well.

The lights in question on IM are RHD, which are legal in Australia. Why buy LHD? You don't want to waste money, yet for the lower upfront cost you want to take the risk that you wont get defected for headlights. If you do go down this route and get LHD lights, and you do get defected for it, it will cost you more in the long run. If you are going to do something, do it right the first time.

The lights that you posted a link to from IM are the same as what was obtained in the group buy last month. They will fit, straight plug in. You just need to transfer over your existing factory HID setup. I am guessing by your continual post's of questions about this topic that YOU still haven't had a look at what is actually bolted to YOUR car?

You don't need 2 new gaskets as the original that is already there will be reusable, the kit looks complete.
