U may not need to go do a full epa check but i'm thinking you will get one in the mail. Mine took about 6 months. If u do go to macloed u will not be allowed to have ur t78 or any after market boost controller. So just be ready when it comes. It may not but my guess is it will.

i think a lot of the hassles have come from 1 cop, we all know his name and where he is. But people still parade out front of knox? Personally, driving a modded r33 gtst on my p's i have not had any bad experiences with police, i stay away from knox/chapel street and other hotspots. Yes i have been epa'd which i passed fine (85dB) the policewoman that gave it to me was very polite and kind to me and she didn't canary me when she easily could have. I've also been canaried once for bald tyres, which where worn on the inside (i didn't notice) due to the negative camber. Again the cop was nice and he didn't fine me nor did he stick it up on my window. It just depends on the cop and the situation i guess. That being said i do agree that this state seems to have 2 tmo/tog for every ciu or the like. But it wouldn't matter if it were bracks or doyle, do u think things will change with doyle? how big is the piping kit. 2.5 inchs or 3 inchs? And will the fan blades need to be cut? what type is it, the one that goes under radiator or the one that goes over engine? i'm interested in an r33 piping kit pending the answers to these questions. no such thing as hybrid factory. Hybrid don't make coolers, they buy them from a factory and put a stamp on top.

if its just noise then u just go to a noise tester. sometimes u need to go to the epa testing site which is in macloed. They will test for carbon monoxide emissions and sound and they will pop the bonnet to check for BOV's and the like. Ur HKS mushroom filter is illegal FULLSTOP. as to work it is oiled, the oil contains hydrocarbons which makes them illegal. The only type of pod filter that is legal is paper/cotton type that is dry, not oiled. Like apexi, this means that K&N is illegal as well (also oiled). I have a standard airbox with filament if u need it. My epa took about 6 months to arrive and i had to go to macload. Even after taking 6 months to arrive it gives u about a month of notice, So plenty of time. Just wait for it to come. Don't forget that u will definetely need a cat.

I got one letter back saying it is being considered, then a few weeks later another one saying although we are satisfied the offence was commited we are going to let u go this time.
