whats it mean when i put my foot flat and it wont change out of 1 gear and till its hit rev limter and then it changes? also when its in tiptronic mode and im using the stearing wheel to change gears there is major lag between gears is that normal ?

I cant understand one thing , People spend a heap load of money on turbos intercoolers all types of engine mods yet they want shit second hand tyres or just cheap new tyres, have you all forgotten one thing, the only thing between you and the road are your tyres and our a stoby pole. I work for a tyre company and i see all types of crap and trust me CHEAP MEANS CRAP . going back a while today tonight did a test on all brands of tyres and cheap tyres are just that cheap. So guys and girls have respect for your babys (beasts) spend a little more and buy tyres that you can say and spell. I mean buy a brand Name Eg: Dunlop , Goodyear , Bridgestone , Yokohama , Toyo , Pirelli , Michelin anyway thats my rant lol

Hi there Rekin, I have a r34 gtt and have a similar problem i can drive my car to work in the morning ok but on the way home and by the time im home the car is missfiring realy bad and when getting on boost the engine just breaks down , the other night i had to use the wifes car it was that bad. So have found out what the problem is yet ? Im putting new plugs in friday and i have ox sensor coming somtime this week.

I had auto electrican plug his computer into the car and found a fault with the oxygen sensor that would be the engine light but now have to figure why the oil light going on and the oil pressure goes to zero. Got someone looking at the car tomorrow so see if he can find whats happing there. but not sure on the wining noise from the engine bay it was really loud in the morning but gone by the time i get to work. but yep oil is ok and so are the fluids.

Well now i also found that if rev the car the oil pressure gauge goes to off and the oil light turns on .Also on the way home the boost gauge turned off ond then turned on then the oil tempture turned off then turned on and there is a wineing noise when acclerating . Please help what is going on.

Hi there just wondering , I just picked up my new r34 4 door auto and when i was getting home and im at idel the engine and the oil light comes on please tell its not a bad thing. It just had 2 coil packs replaced last week before i picked it up.

Hi there the R34 gtt im getting has got a broken engine mount and a couple of the coil packs are no good . Just wondering what would cause this to happen ?

Gday people , Im a little excited because im getting a R34 GTT 4 door auto. I know its a auto and a four door but ive dreamt about this day since I first saw skylines racing at bathurst. You see Im married with 2 kids so 2 doors are out of the question. LOl my wife said something funny to me tonight , when i pick up the car she wants to take it to her work 2 days a week . I dont know how well the fines would standup in the court of law. Police looking for street racers to race DUMB . It takes 2 to tango , they would have more affect if they police marked cars. The better man is the man who backs down, and he will get to live longer. As what been said in this topic racing is only for the track.

Yea wifee has here own car newish vectra, which is auto your right dont want 2 auto in the family. the R33 has only low km 43,000km and they still want $18990 is this to much ?

from adelaide but the wifes wants a auto so she can drive it but me want a manual . I like the look of the R33 2 door more than a R34 4 dr, if the R34 2dr was cheaper i would get one.

Here is the R33 im am leaning towards. but i have kids aswell and the wife likes the idea of the 4 dr , but i think you only get one chance at this so i think get what i always wanted the r33.

Hi People , Im looking at buying a skyline , now i have a choice of a R34 GTT 4dr or a R33 Gtst 2dr .Now the R4 is a auto aswell where the r33 is a manual. They look nice and are both in mint condition. The R34 has 73.000 ks and the R33 has 43 .000 km. R34 has no body kit and is stock as a rock, where on the other hand the R33 has a body kit and exhaust and suspension. Oh aswell is there such thing as a Type R R33 gtst. the R33 is 18990 and the R34 is 17990.
