  4. none of the wires are open after the harness it looks all like it was done professionally though. I did ground it to where it looks like the original ground point was but no change.
  5. Hi guys, i had a good look under by steering dash column tonight and found the greddy turbo timer plug. It appears my car used to have one and coincidentally i bought a greddy tt awhile back to install. I regrounded the ground wire and when i plugged it into the plug, nothing happened and the powerfc started to flicker on and off real fast :S I didnt have the handbrake wire hooked in. Is this necessary for the operation of the timer to work correctly? Anyone have any suggestions to what it could be? Terence
  6. you wont get 270-280 with just those mods. The stock R34 turbo wont boost about 13psi with 14 maxing its efficiency range. I saw about 250rwhp with all those mods. I have a full turbo back apexi 80mm dump with 100mm exhaust.

  10. do a search on the forum, as for spark plugs you can either buy at your local supercheap auto or there is another forum member that sells it.
  11. you prob can do it yourself, splitfire coilpacks and ngk plugs are the way to go.
  12. turbo gasket and as snozzle said, could be damage to the compressor housing too.

  16. yea feels nicer to drive and its only on 10psi but making good power. Less black soot on my boot as noticed. will go back for a retune when he sorts out his firmware as he only did the tune via controller.
  17. my tuner fixed the rich fuel mixture. But he had to use the hand controller as the powerfc firmware on my ecu was too new for him. He has to update his firmware to tune it. But still better afr now and injectors are around 85% at full throttle
  18. only hitting 100% at redline for a few seconds. its running rich so leaning it out abit, the cycle duty should go down.
  19. reading pauls faq, he stated that inj duty at 100% can be fatal though?
  20. i talked to a dealer of the power enterprise injectors and the fuel rail needs spacers. do you have these when you bought it?
  21. thanks 89cal. I will look at getting a plumb back in the future. The fuel economy thing is not so important to me atm bcos the car is not a daily but i would like to fix it in future. I havent seen any knock higher than 30 so i guess this is a good thing. Will look at getting some bigger injectors and a fuel pump. Tune on thursday so will see how first.

  23. I read that already on your faq. The main reason it could be coming on from the hand controller is the inj-duty reading 100% which i have found out. And as i have said, I am getting the car retuned on thursday and I wont be driving it until then.
  24. i did read his faq. I also did my own diagnostics on the engine. I found inj-duty to be at 100% at full throttle. Ill talk to my tuner to fix this.
  25. you are right, its not knocking... at normal driving 7 knocking at 0.71 bar rpm 4k 7 knocking 0.8 bar 6k rpm 15 knocking 30 knocking max achieved. has to be something else...any ideas?
