what is difference if any between S1 and S2 brakes? ie rotor size

really think its worth it going to the r33 calipers over standard? i mean ive found the brakes fine in the past (havent hit anything yet) and they werent in the best condition then so just wondering if it is worth the cost

Hey guys im looking for a full brake set up (calipers rotors and pads) that will fit an S1 rs4. not looking for anything huge basically a good condition stock set up would be fine so if you've upgraded to better please let me know. preferably pick up in adelaide would be best

*n00b statement* mechanic told me the calipers needed a full overhaul and it would take a couple days plus apparently the rotors are warped.... brakes pulse a bit shudder when hot under hard braking. the next step was going to see if i could get some second hand ones but i dont really know what im looking for... im guessing if i get second hand calipers its probably still a good idea to get new discs and pads?

I assume that last bit is directed at me too be honest I have no idea hence why i came to the bible of stagea knowledge... what ever it costs to a decent but not over compensating as i will probably be getting rid of the car this year and it will never see a race track

Hey guys Im looking at a complete brake overhaul for my S1, just wondering on recommended people to go see in Adelaide southernish area anyone had dealings with All Clutch and Brake Services? from what im told i need my calipers need to be overhauled, new pads and new rotors, my stag is reasonably stock (soon to add boost controller and safcII) so just wondering what you would recommend as I dont think i will need to upgrade too much even though there will be more power cheers

Hey guys need a couple of recommendations, I've got a S1 stag that someone decided to dent in a car park a little while back. The dent is of reasonable size located in the front r/h quarter panel. Now ive looked around at a couple crash places located on South rd St.marys and they quoted between $500 and $800 me being a tight arse would like the work done cheaper. So is there anyone out there that works as or knows of a panel beater/crash repair person located in the southish of adelaide that wouldnt mind a bit of work for cash in hand? I will post up some pictures when i get my camera working. cheers

I got quoted about $7 a clip from nissan awhile back, which is fine if you only need one or two but the other alternative if it gets to expensive is to go to your local crash repairs and get them to re-attach the skirt with urethane

This could probably go in the classifieds section but i figure the main page gets more traffic Ok so it turns out my rear shocks are leaking (r/h is blown) and the fronts are soft so fun times.... I'm putting out a plea to the Stagea community of Australia I need your help and i know there are multiple threads on this but products costing and availability has changed since 2005 so im after current information. Been running around Adelaide trying to find suitable replacements no one stocks off the shelf parts or have what i consider a good value option that they can order. Went to Pedders who were quiet helpful and turns out they actually have a Coilover system on file specifically for the Rs4 Stag which is great but its an old product and im looking at 8-12weeks for special order and then $2000-$2500 fitted. Now I like the look of this because the suspension is specifically designed for Australian conditions and I've heard good things about the Pedders systems.The downside is the time line (not huge as ive been living with screwed shocks for awhile) and the price (im trying to save for a house). So i need help either if someone can point me in the direct of a better value option or if you have Stagea shocks or Coil overs that you are willing to part with for a reasonable price that would be very much appreciated. thank you in advance

any idea where to get some KR4? ive tried two nissan dealers here in adelaide another paint supply place and they can't help me. Ive got a reasonable scratch in the front quarter panel i need cleaned up and would rather have the panel panted rather then just touched up. help please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
