Guys... I was going to post up something simular about some events that have happened to me....and I am a little disappointed with my v35 coupe (manual with just a cat back exhaust) 1) a v8 ss ute was pulling away from me slowly as we floored it up the onramp to the ringroad - understandable as ours is a v6 2) my mates DC5 Honda Integra - thought I'd pull away at top end speed (from rolling start) but he kept right on my butt - we were dead even!

Yeh, I believe that V35 comes from Flemington or somewhere around there. It also has the aero kit. I've seen that one around...and i believe that one is supercharged.

...I keep the tyre pressure at 40 psi both front and rear... for better rolling effieciency! haha I guess if you ever did get a sudden puncture, you will definitely know it with either a large BANG or steering wheel behaving very wierd.

I am also attempting to install a double din headunit also...I actually bought the facia kit from JB hi fi, and it seems my climate control is working good. however there are 3 white plugs but in need of the circuit diagram for the audio...will check out the link.... driving around with half the dash missing....soo annoying...

I hate TREE SAP! Razor blades may work. Have you ever tried using the maguires clay bar and detail spray? It has worked on tree sap but not sure if it'll work if left "too" long.

Hey guys, I am wanting to get a digital tv tuner...but before I do, i would like to ask those that already have this type of unit installed and whether reception quality is good even on the move. There are also tuners that have dual antenna's...are these better? Any feedback would be great.

I've put iridiums in mine not so long ago. Autobarn said they are the same price as direct replacement ones.... and they costed me $130 for the set - dunno if i got ripped off... pain in the butt to replace

Hey guys, Count me in. So long there are no speed humps and steep driveways! Never been to garage cafe before.

I took my car to C&D Motorworks on Duke St Sunshine. They've got a 4wd/2wd dyno there, and they are good. I think it costed me less than 90 bucks to get 3 runs...been that long I cant remember.... I had a reading of 150kw at the wheels - not sure if this is correct...Other guys on the forum reckon you should get 170 kw considering I also have an aftermarket exhaust sys... (they did have trouble fitting the probe through the exhaust. Chasers on dynon Rd footscray also have a dyno...but not sure how much it costs though

Hey guys, Has anyone tried to remove the annoying beeping noise when you leave the key in the ignition and open the driver's side door? Sometimes I like to clean the car with both doors open and the stereo on, but that beeping just annoys me. any suggestions? Thanks!
