Spotted Red V36 Coupe on Concord Rd around 12.30 this arvo.Nice car. Green P's I think. I flashed and waved. Think it was girl driver. I was driving the light blue V35.

Nah mate you definitely did well..I know what you mean my V35 Lakeshore blue is similar- seems to morpha at night-looks grey/purple & in day silver blue. To me, in standard trim the V suites this kind of colour and the black more than anything and judging by the comments of friends and strangers, the first thing they say is the colour ! Sure if you change the car, lower it, flash wheels, etc the whites/greys/other come into their own. But this shade is majic as it is & still gets stares and thumbs up even when dirty !(just hides it so well too).Good luck !!

Actually noticed it had the blue in it after I posted (was on the mobile..derr!). Very nice colour !. Its like a slightly deeper version of my V35 lakeshore blue.--People tell me it looks grey at night also !..

Yeah I see a few a day sometimes more. Many young japanese, korean, chinese guys around Strathfield are driving them now. I wave or honk not too many respond. Also dealers on parramatta rd homebush are bringing more in. I saw a lakeshore blue coupe like mine last week just outside the Honda dealar there. I reckon I see as much V's as any other Nissan these days. Good to see so many around, but at the same time I agree that they are loosing their exclusivity.

Cool B, Geez-she must be riding low to run 30's on 19". I'm free as I aint working atm. Agree we have to make use of the remaining sunshine. Maybe meet somewhere like Brighton/ramsgate & cruise on down to Woollongong beach..Can get a few V's in the car park there and the ocean makes a nice backdrop for any photos. Any suggestions welcome..other than f/off.! ..lol

Hey Brian, Nice ride mate. Same model/ Colour as mine. I too owned a GTST.!! Great minds think a-alike.But I can tell you one thing, the V is definitely Quicker !Unless you were running alot of boost on your GTST. In stock form The GTST does 100K in about 6.6. the V does it in 6.GTST does qtr in about 14.6. The V does it in about 14.2 The ride is so smooth in the V you dont notice the speed. I had quick dash with a well boosted GTST when I first got the car & got him by 1/2 to 1 car. Mine came with the Impul chip and Fujitsubu exhaust, which gives it few tenths. Is yours a manual too ?? Hey Ken, Congrats on your purchase. What year model is it? The hardest thing is the wait ! I dont get my license till week before Christmas,But the Syd cruises have been cool -some nice V's gettin around. Will hopefully catch up on the next. Good luck

Yep same colour. Only seen three others in Syd in three years so far. (must be a few more by now). & People still tell me how nice the colour is. What are you rims..aint seen them before ? is she Manual or Auto ? I was lucky & got the fact 19in, Impul lip spoiler & cumputer chip, and Fujitsubu exhaust. Another shot in the light highlights the differing shades. Good on ya son !
