have the exact same problem, its like a random hiccup it happened straight after i fitted the PFC. im getting it checked to see if it was tuned properly.

hey everyone, if anyone could post up who has the known !! quickest drag time on this forumn using an actual skyline chassis. not the motor in another car. this is to prove my bro that there is cars on here that are quicker then the cars on his supra forum. he said there are 9 sec street legal supras ( goodd dammmn hella quik lol ) so is there anyone out there that is quiker ?? is it street legal ?? plz help me out here guys. and im sure everyone would like to know from the research iv done on the forums so far, it hink DirtGarage is the quickest. thanks in advance guys chris.

mine was originally set to 10 psi low 14 psi high. i had always known that the stock ceramic turbos are common to go caused by heat and high boost. so when the tuner told me he set it to 17. my mouth dropped and i told him are u sure it was safe for stock internals and that. he said its fine cause im not driving it 17 psi constantly at high rpm thrashing it. he said if its just a boot here and there. it should be fine. but i agree with use all about it, it is taking a very big risk, and i am considering setting it to normal settings. thanks for the info guys

yeh, well they have 12 psi stock. i went to CRD he seems to know what he is talking about and besides stock turbos on the gtrs are weak anyway.its just an excuse to go bigger and better hahaha let me know on your research mate

the guy that tuned my car said that 17 psi is safe for street/drag just aslong as u cool em down but if ur going on the track. he recconmended about 10 psi so yeh

do you know if the side skirts will fit a gtr.. or is it only gtst ??

nah i think its 17 psi high boost 14 psi low boost. i got a 30 kw gain out of it and over 100 nm extra

Got It tuned it got 246 AWKW 560 NM of torque. safe tune pretty happy with the results

id prefer the lmgt4's and the volk te37's, they are the best rim by far.. as they look awesome on gtr's and are super light wieght. only bad thing is that they are very expensive other wise id have some on mine lol..

hey. i drive a r33 gtr series 3, got the exemption cause im a mechanic, and need to drive turbo/v8 vechiles for work

hey KR4-GTR when u fitted the pfc.. how much power gain did you get from it ??? someone told me depending on safe tune or heavy tune it can vary from 30-50 kw gain now i dont believe that.. but seeing as u have just fitted yours, do you know how much it would be i have 217kw at all four wheels - cat back exhaust - apexi air filters - boosted to 14 psi and now the pfc.. im getting it tuned next week at Gas Motorsport.. or do you guys know anyone better then this in the sydney region cheers

ahh sweet mines a series 3 then i got the: -xenon headlights -red stitching -d/s fog light instead of reverse light ( switch found lower left of steering wheel coloumn ) -front lip is fatter and long ( scrape up my drive way - mines in black ( heard rare color to find on series 3's but i dont know ) - red stitching on steering wheels - hole next to p/s front blinker ( which KR4 said is for oil cooler ) i think thats all. but cheers on the syncho information i didnt know about that

yeh i know how to tell for v-spec.. but how do u tell for series 3 ?? are series 3 only v-spec ??

why whats the gearbox got different.. i heard something like they have better synchros or something.. not too sure what do series 3 have different then a regular series 2 im pretty sure mines a series 3.. 1997 non v-spec
