Back to topic again, No havent tried just a hotdog or anyhting like that. Have been curious about it, but im overwhelmd with my straight through kakimoto from turbo back with only a big ass box at the back, sounds insane and dont get a headache when driving and seems to perform excellent

As topic is, i am chasing down an r34 gtt turbo so i can hi-flow it and whip it on my r33 specm. Located sa, pm me.

just a fast reply, yeah it will take abit. Just be happy with what u can get safetly, cause at the end of the day 270hp at the rears is still really quick, people underestimate horsepower these days. cause every man and his dog in his commonwhore has 280kw factory or some shit.... but they dont HAHA! *edit* A different plenum wont increase power but it will increase response if you are chasing that ... ??

Heya mate, My engine is s2, 12psi safe tune, stock computer (but some wires are cut .. :S came like that when imported but still has speed limiter..) Has a front mount (800x 300 i think) K&N pods with pod cover and cool air intake, boost tap that doesnt spike or over boost or all that other foul electric crapola... and a full stainless kakimoto zorst and she put 202rwkw on a conservative dyno which i think is 270rwhp... so if u have those mods your not far away from ur goal of 300rwhp. I would say get a computer and get a better tune that would put it up closer as the stock computer retards timing when running higher boost then 12psi (wat i been told and what i noticed). And if ur pushin for a lil bit more maybe cam gears and a manifold??...

yeah he does, and yeah if no fuel then maybe the stock wire just isnt big enough to power the 040, im guessing the 040 is similar to 044, when i got mine done u run another wire that follows the stock on thats a thicker core, otherwise it'l melt like it did on my mates vl after he got a respectable well known dyno'r in sa to put it on...

Go with what u know, as long as u maintain them, thats more important. I personally use k+n but thats just me. Have had no issues with them at all and easy to clean, Never use'd oil either.... no need. But then again my thats just me?? Brent

Hey all, recently my r33 s2 has started to make a weird buzzing noise that sounds like its coming from inside the dash somewere.. when ur cruising at about 100 it starts, if u speed up it stops, depending on how many people in the car depends if it does it when cruising at 110 or 90 etc. So im thinking its to do with the load on the drive or somethin... Maybe a hose is kinked and makes the noise, like when u kink a straw and blow through it? its annoying and makes it feel like ur driving a bonga i really dont no, has this happend to any of you guys?? got any suggestions? BKR5EYA NGK Get these plugs mate, get all 6! Leave ur valley cover off saves u havin to continously take it off n on and also stops abit of heat. My car had same issue. also tape up ur old coilpacks (the stock ones). Use some black electrical tape, nice n tight just go up n down the rubber with a nice firm neat tape job. Make sure u put it all back correctly. While ur playin mechanics, get a $7 tin of brake clean n clean ur afk, just spary it then air comp it dry. Put it all back together, double check then triple check. Leaving the valley cover off. Then go for a boost. see how u go. If not pm me. PS: Plenty of fingers crossed Brent

just thought i'd have my say. a bit late on this topic but yeah lol. well my dad and i have been into cars since forever he got me into them natuarally and him and his 2 other brothers have built and blown up so many engines etc. we used titan oils in the race car with fuchs oil stabiliser. i run titan 15-40w in my skyline engine, never misses a beat. i did used to use castrol formula r 0-40w in our old race engine and we thought it was teh shiz, but at 90bucks a bottle was expensive but none the less it worked. how ever we did go threw a few engines.. (apperently the oil wasnt lubricating enough or somethin.. was a possiblity) then we changed to titan and no probs wat so ever and its almost half the price. best advice is go with wat u no. if ur new just read the back and forget the price tags. go with what u no and as long as u change it every 5thou everything should be sweet.!
