well if you have to go through the defect inspection thing, then id say the nistune, i have one in mine, loving it.

is there any reason for your choice of removing the haltech? reason i ask is i have a nistune in my car now and wanted to go with haltech once i put the high mount setup. really interested in different opinions.

yes i agree, for the work you do, the pay isnt so good. but having said that, there is alot of money to be made, you can make an extra 2-300 a week just from backyarders. and performance to be honest proberly doesnt have a good future. i work for volkswagen and its a great brand to be in. its amazing the prices ppl pay and how easy the job may be. and forgot to mention, if your 21 and older, you get paid mature age wages, so roughly double what a normal apprentice gets.

yeh i know ay, i got mine done for $750 including plug wiring for z32afm. thats why i just wasnt sure if the price he was referring to was for a nistune or something else

is that 1350 for a nistune? if so, that is pretty steep. EDIT: JUST REALIZED HOW OLD THIS THREAD IS, TOTALLY FORGOT I WAS USING THE SEARCH FUNCTION AND NOT READING UP TO DATE FORUMS. MY APOLOGIES.

i got my nistune supplied and fitted at status tuning, and they did the plug for the z32, i think it came to $700 or $750. couldnt be happier.

im gonna hold you to that russ, you can just swing past mine, and then we will cruise it there (with you driving mine obviously) when is the next meet? if its november/december, then my high mount setup and 2 way diff will be in 100%, if not then just the 2 way will be in lol. thanks russ :D:D:D

car looks nice mate, how was it first time drifting? you had any previous experiance? im really keen on going onto the track for drifting but i have NO experiance drifting.

hey mate, i have the standard afm that comes with the 34 gtt. was on my car until i changed to a z32. only problem with it is 2 holes for the screws are not there (broken off) it was on my car like this, no problem. you can have it for free.

i dont think he is selling mate, im pretty he wants to buy a z32 afm as his title states.

not sure if 225s will fit, i couldnt really fit 235/45 18 on my wheels, there 18.x10 +22, i have 245/40 18 on mine now and they sit a little stretched. then again the only wait to fit the thinner tyres on is if u "blow them up" on the rim.

that black gunk type paste your talking about im pretty sure is what we use at volkswagen, its called Sikaflex. really good stuff that. and in case you want some piks of the exact setup for the led nismo taillights, as i have genuines in mine, here are some piks: dan, i will take the boot lid brake light insert and both the red and white leds for the reverse

after you get the basic mods done as said above (turbo back exhaust, intercooler, boost controller) maybe a z32 air flow meter and get a nistune done and youll be more then happy.

i have 18x10 +22 all around on mine with 245s and doesnt scrub on anything, all i have done is a very basic lipping of the guard. (might not be an r32 gts4 but it wouldnt be much different i would assume)

woohoo, was bit worries my mate wasnt gonna be able to drive my car, but its all confirmed now, car is detailed (except front bar which is not so good unfortuntly.) ps, tangcla, seeing as its at night, i would love some piks of my cars ass end as it has the nismo led taillights
