Another way is to go to the library or law library or whatever...just somewhere where you can research past cases. IF you cant find it, go to a lawyer and seek advice. Go look for similar cases like yours and use it as a precedent if the case was overturned due to whatever reason. Your all just generalising. Yes their are goons and wanksters driving skylines but doesnt that go for other cars as well? Not only holdens, but their are people who drive recklessly in pulsars, excels, 323's...even bloody camry's n shyt.....Its not the CAR or the ethnicity, its the PERSON who sits behind the wheeel. One thing i do agree to is AGE does make a big difference. As it is obvious that with age comes maturity and experience, so the older you are, the less likely you are to go around doing stupid things like high speed cornering, donuts etc. etc. Just my 0.00000000000000002c

Linken park, Good charlotte roxxxxx with the occassional blink182 n LimpBizket...oh Simple Plan rox...I must be the only asian in the whole of Australia who pumps up Linken park etc. in the city in a skyline while everyone else is pumpin rnb or tranceee in their lines. WTF? he's so lucky i got done doing 130 in a 70 zone. got fined $1600, 6 pts demirit + 6months suspension and im in nsw. In nsw 30kms+ is 3 monthz suspension and 45kms+ is 6monthz aii dats y i learnt my lesson and dont speed much anymore. More cautious these dayz
