Yeah this cop was quite cool, obviously he knows everything abt skylines; Nice cop: "This is a RB25DET yeah" me: yup Nice cop: "ooo.. bleed valve, stock turbo, original bov, shiny intercooler, your tyres are a bit worn on the inside" me: "oh really" NC: "yeah, they are ACTUALLY not road worthy u know" me: "really? so am i in trouble" NC: "No-no not now, not really... back tyres seems ok, but u got no points for cleaniness" (my car was dirty) me: "hahaha... yeah havent got around to wash it yet" NC: "ok... well off you go" and Nark, my exhaust wasnt that loud, has it tested awhile back ago and was 88db.

i hope so shif .... just wondering has anyone ever experienced this b4?

mehh... talk about a string of bad luck, first my rims got stolen and TONIGHT. Got pulled over by TMU on king st. Luckily the copper was ONE of the nicest i had to deal with. Went through my car, told me my tyres were wearing thing on the inside and he told me it was actually not roadworthy. Didnt say much, saw the bleed valve, intercooler and filter, didnt say much too. Let me off after 5 mins. No warning and no CANARY..... now i am afraid that there will be a letter from the EPA soon. What do u guys think? TMU and no fine? no canary? Am I that lucky? Usually how long does it take to receive the letter from EPA if there is one.

thanks guys, i already called the people of both the house cleaners and carpet cleaners, both denied on taking them. I know that my rims are pretty common, and chances of getting them back r zip! But its farked tho, broad daylight, 4 rims n no one saw! Guess we have to be careful of everything nowadays.

Hi ppl, Heres a run down of what happened, yesterday morning house cleaners came over my place, for some cleaning, i opened the garage door n let them in. As i had to go to work they told me they would close it. As my housemate was there i didnt bother that much my rims were in the garage. During lunch time my housemate went to pick up his gf n had lunch took 3 hrs. When he came back the house cleaners were gone, the afternoon appoinment for CARPET cleaning was finished, my garage door was closed n rims were GONE! I called both the carpet n house cleaners n both denied taking them. What should i do? Maybe some one came by saw the garage door opened n took them? VERY-VERY pissed, they were 6 months old. There are 18" Lenso Muse Rims (silver chrome) with falken tyres. I need a favour from u guys, if u hear anyone selling this rims please let me know. I am reporting this to the police tomorrow.

skypy12: thanks a lot bro, will give them a call soon. moomoo: hhhmmm... yes i have a boss kit, but the wiring has all been cut off inside the console connecting the steering n boss kit. and what are these adapters r u talking about? never heard of them... got a pic?

sorry guys for the late reply, been bz moving house. Well the wiring to the horn is some how too long or too short, every time i turn the steering full circle it gets disconnected from the socket. Obviously the guy the installed my MOMO steering is clueless, so i am not taking it back to him. And i already took out the wheel, i found that he had cut all wires in there! WTF??? including the ones to my airbag.. what a tosser, so pissed right now! so guys any recommendations? i need to get it done ASAP, driving in the city without a horn is murder.

hi guys and gals, I need some input from you'll. Could someone recommend me to a auto technician preferbly in the SE suburbs who knows their skylines. I need some wiring done on my steering wheel. Seems like the wiring to my horn is stuffed or sumfin. I tried to do a search but turned up nufin or i'm just retarded. Also I did msg Danny aka Autotrust but unfortunately he is quite bz at the moment so all the help is appreciated guys & gals.

hello-hello i'm from malaysia :wassup: yeah singapore's a nice place to visit, but dont expect to own a car there! it'll cost a bomb, the GTR u saw would have cost $150,000 and add another $100,00 for COE which is the on road cert. Malaysia however gtr's go for the same but minus the 100k for COE. Insurance though is the killa, try finding an insurance comp. to insure your skyline .... and the way they drive down there ..... woo-hoo .... 100% fully sickkk... sickk i say... cars go up in :flamed: all the time!

my housemate had an FMIC for S15 done there, pretty reasonable price.... workmanship was not bad either, dunno much about the tuning.
