i did the mod a few weeks ago and there was a small change but nothing drastic it may be because there is something wrong with the stock boost controller so what i did today was bypass the boost controller and connected the 2 pipes that run to it together has i nice kick in the pants just before 3G now.

if any body has any thing else to add it will be grate

hi i have a RB25DET and it is stock really. and i was thinking about replacing the turbo with a supercharger like the ones that they use in the holden LS supercharger upgrades that u can get. and it would be nice to know if any body else has put a supercharger on, if it will work, what i will need, and what do i expect to get out of it. im looking a supercharging it because as i understand it a turbo restricts the exhaust and has two turbines one to power the other which will lower the efficiency of the turbo especially in low rpm were as supercharger will be powered by a belt and is most likely to be more efficient. if i am way of track then plz tell me and yes i have seen http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/Su...er+turbocharger i am looking a the performance between a turbocharger and a supercharger and also the price difference and what is needed for a upgrade

so are u going to modify the auto because i want to modify mine and it would be nice to find out how yours terns out so i know a little more about it when it comes to doing mine

i found the article shift kit the shift kit consists of modifying the valve body to reduce the delay time on gear change and a high performance shifter like a B&M wouldn't go astray u are looking at $1500 to have all of this installed by somebody that knows what they are talking about also the shift kit will actually reduce internal wear and just throwing it out there for all of u manual drag fans a shift kit with a high-stall will shit on any manual on the 1/4 mile i dont care what u think but it is true the modified autos shift a shit load faster that anybody can shift a manual

why dont u convert the stock auto to a tiptronic which is just like a normal auto just it shifts when u tell it 2 because off higher performance solenoids on of my magazines have a 4 page article on high-stalls, shifters, and valve bodies. i will try to dig it up it also has prices so it should be what u are after but my best guess u will need to have ur valve body modified and a shifter put in

the idea of a 5 speed auto on a skyline is just incredible in my opinion

well that is the first that i have heard about a 5spd auto in a skyline i am intrigued i also want some info in there 5spd autos sounds kick ass

i under stand that subs go in to enclosures and it is best to follow what the manufacture says when selecting or billing a enclosure it is just what about 6x9's and 6" speakers what about them is it better to put them in a enclosure and if so should it be vented or sealed i ask because i when to a super-cheap auto to get some lock-tight and i over heard a salesmen saying to somebody that it is best to put all speakers in enclosures

ipod classic has like 120Gb which is more than enough +20,000 songs

thanks for the replies i feel so accepted ... lol that was a little gay so the consensus is to go with focal's now the question is which ones would u recommend i also dont want to spend a crazy shit load of money but i am in to my music stuff like Metallica, Kill Switch Engage, Avenged Sevenfold, Rage Against The Machine just 2 give u a idea also if u dont have any of theses bands in ur ipod u have 2 download some of there stuff

hi i have a nissan skyline R33 and i need to upgrade the audio system. i dont want to spend over $1000 for the deck and speakers. i have gone to a few car audio shops and asked around and the general consensus was to get R type alpine 6.5" component 2 way speakers for the front and 6.5" coaxial 2 way speakers for the back. i have looked around on the internet and focal's have had no bad comments so realy i am going between alpine and focal but if i am way off plz tell me i dont really mind making a new back shelf to fit 6x9's so can any body point me in the right direction i need help

i was going to put in 6x9's but i was told that it cant be done without cutting in to the car. so i was bummed out but i was thinking that there is a shit load of space back there and somebody must have a solution. so i go on to SAU and do a search and i found this idea. originally i was thinking of putting 6x9 on a 45 degree angle with fiberglass but this sounds like the best option. i wont to put in the 6x9 in the back for the bass. because i dont want to spent over 1G for my system and a sub and amp just kills my budget. but it look super cool and easy what a small board of MDF is like under $20 and the carpet is nothing great job i would pay like $200 if i didn't know how to do it i give it 5 thumbs up

hi i have a R33 GTSt S2 auto and i am looking at some day soon converting it to a manual i is just that skyline manuals are hard to come by and usually have heaps of Km so i was thinking about converting to a different manual transmission either a 5 or 6 speed i just dont know what to look for any help would be grate thx

just buy the manuel i have one for all R33 didn't cost to much
