Yes it comes with the RB25 adaptor. No, it is NOT plumb back. It is an atmospheric bov. But if you really want you can buy the plumb back kit made for it on ebay.

Hey guys I've got Yashio Factory Temp gauge. I've been told that I should be able to hook it up somewhere in the driver's side kick panel. Do you guys have any idea how I can hook it up to the factory temperature sensor?
