yes correct ive looked in aus and aus only have SEIBON style bonnet which looks pathetic so if anyone knows of a place that has different styles? please let me know

there both totally different dont you notice one needs a gtr front bar the other one doesnt? if u get the top 1 it will need gtr style front bar for gtt and youl need gtr hinges and mabey domething else

no thats not the point im trying to make i am attention to detail so little things like that do concern me.. and there are aftermarket styles that are more aggresive and thats what i want

ok this is what im talking about. this is the bonnets i like: this next picture is called KNIGHT RACER HYBRID STYLE- notice is sharper on the corners? this is genuine R TUNE- notice the fins start closer to the front of the bonnet? notice this is also sharp on the corners? see how this is rounded edges, not as distinct as the one before but still stands higher now this i recon looks sh*t its called the SEIBON DS STYLE so can you see the difference? im not sure what styles are available in melbourne, like from jap warehouse, or jsai or whatever because il be colour coding it so carbon isnt my concern cheers

oh k makes sence. well then different companies must make different styles because theres some ztune bonnets look terrible but some are real stand out and sharper . il post up pics tonight

hey guys contimplating getting a ztune style bonnet in carbon then colour coding it. however looking at pics im noticing the rtune style; the fins are more aggresive/sharper/ and higher. is this true? some of the ztune bonnets i see the fins are real flat and curvy doesnt look very good

theres nothing wrong with getting just the pods, skirts and front bar looks very tough and alot more aggresive than standard.

if your buying a gt/gtt and hoping of putting a gtr bodykit on il save you the hassle now and say dont bother!

congrats it looks like you baught a 34 gtr. you can fit 10.5 inside your guards. it depends if you like concave. 18s have concave. 19s have more dish and straighter spokes. search around the net youl find diff wheels

ive seen 245/40 on a 10.5 inch rim. you need to go 40 profile so you have enough wall to stretch. ive got 265/35 on mine and thats a lil stretched but 245/40 is mabey 10mm more stretch. 245/40 suits a flared guard with a low car to get that real phat look. tuff wheels!!!!!

before i start this isnt for my skyline its for my daily as i got it for free so might aswell throw it in lol ok i got a calibre 5" tacho and im trying to wire it up. ive got power from my ciggi lighter and multimetered it out and 100% i have my earth my power and my lights. and tapped into the dashboard for rev the light on tacho works when cars off then i go to turn the car on and light stops working. tachos not working. but when i test cables its showing 12 volts so im not sure whats going on anyone dealt with this before? cheers

ok sounds good ill have a look at the ocw and red mist my cars polished already so should look good. have you compared it to maguires quick detailer on your car?

after i wash my car i always go over it with maguires quick detailer which is good but nothing special. i was wondering if theres any really good high gloss wet look quick detailer or an applicant you can apply after washing? cheers
