  1. I have a JVC AV710x which I am very happy with. Combine with the BTA-200 bluetooth kit, it seals the deal! Bluetooth handsfree and audio streaming from my iPhone.

    Mod Plates

I got my mod plates done by a JD Automotive. He comes to you and I was pretty happy with his service. 0414 629 770 07 3342 5346 [email protected]
  3. All I do is spray heaps of degreaser, then go to the Freedom car wash on Logan Rd at Eight Mile Plains at pressure clean the heck out of it! Pressure wash is the way to go!
  4. Also, you may need a steering wheel puller to remove your old one, also available at Supercheap etc. Do you have a torque wrench and sockets? You'll need that to remove the old one and fit the boss kit as well. Also make sure your WHEELS ARE STRAIGHT when you are putting the wheel on! Common noob mistake!
  5. Make sure that you have the allen bolts with the steering wheel / boss kit. Otherwise you'll just have to get them in addition to the boss kit. Check on eBay for boss kits too. Pretty simple piece of equipment.
  6. Have you looked at the silicon stuff from Autobarn? Looks alright to me...!
  7. You could remove the glass/plastic off the cluster and just push the numbers back - I've done that before! Haha! (Remove the whole cluster obviously)
  8. I've always driven down to Autobarn where they are more than helpful to try out what sockets they have directly on my car. Easiest as that I say!
  9. I had weird grinding sounds when my brake pads were low...!
