  1. If it's a boost leak, what am I doing wrong when I pressure test it because I can't find one?
  2. Nah that's way too high. 550cc should be good for over 300kw on pump. Before I was having issues I would see values around 67% even with spikes of 2-3 psi in boost. Will fit new bosch pump when it arrives and report back.
  3. Pretty sure duty cycle shouldn't be that high on 550cc squirters and 18psi on a Td06 only making 240rwkw. Looks like the new fuel pump is required anyway
  4. Glad you found yours. I'm still waiting on fuel reg and fuel pump so I can set base pressure and make sure it's not running out up top.
  5. Was tuned at standard rail pressure. It's going for a retune end of month so if it needs to be bumped up or pulled back they can do it then.
  6. Well I think nearly 50psi at idle is a wee bit too much and not helping my cause. Once the new fuel reg gets here, I'll set it at 42psi no vac and see if that helps.
  7. First 3 plugs are all sooty and black. Fuel pressure seems pretty high both with vac line on and off.

  9. I still haven't gotten to the bottom of mine. Still awaiting parts. Mine feels fuel related as I have surging at cruise speeds with constant light load
  10. Think I may have found my gremlin. Was testing fuel pressure again and had 50psi at idle, pulled vac line for reg and fuel pressure didn't change. Just ordered a nismo reg and will fit that when it gets here. This would explain why it's been so rich and fouling plugs.
  11. Tried a known working z32 afm. No change
  12. Any workshops in Alice Springs NT you could recommend? Its something that isn't affecting just 1 cylinder as the last lot of plugs were all sooted up. I just feel like I've gone over everything twice without any luck.
  13. Checked continuity on coil pack loom and all ok. Pulled plug 1 and black and sooty after 15km of driving. This is driving me nuts.
  14. Could it be an injector stuck open? Drove it to work and noticed a slight miss at cruise and idle
  15. New coil packs, new 02 sensor, new tps, new plugs. Starts, Idles and drives fine and smooth. As soon as you try and boost it, feels doughy as and misses and doesn't make any power. Still yet to fit a new fuel filter. Still have to find another afm to try yet

  17. Nah, voltage is around 14.4-14.6 and doesn't change
  18. Will throw some new plugs in when the coil packs arrive. Had a look last night and they were wet with fuel
  19. Mitsubishi Td06-19c T3 internal gate with 18psi adjustable actuator. Oil cooled, plain bearing. Still on car, will put up pics once removed. Currently making 240rwkw on 18psi safe tune. Have gone bigger and need to fund tune. $650 inc freight

  21. Resoldered afm pins and no go
  22. Xrated, it's a s2 motor so the ignitor is built into the coil pack. Unplugging the o2 sensor doesn't make any difference atm so I'm replacing it anyway. Cef33y, I'll see if anyone in town has a z32 afm I can borrow. I double checked and mine is genuine.
  23. Car wouldn't even idle this morning and stalled. Hopefully my parts arrive quickly so I can get this sorted
