Hi guys, I have an ECR33 with very minor mods (exhaust, I/C, metal intake, 10psi actuator, splitfire coils, bosch 040) It will run fine at WOT out to redline at 10psi with no hesitation whatsoever However, under part throttle at low revs the boost comes up and it surges/ hesitates like it is hitting a boost cut. It mostly happens when I change gears and get back on the gas = frustrating I have cleaned the AFM with AFM cleaner and checked all the hoses/clamps. It has NGK BCPR6ES at standard gap. Anyone have any other ideas of what it might be? Cheers

Great, thanks Duncan Ill give them a try. I have put Royal Purple fluid in it and it hasn't improved. It will still grind even if I double clutch on the upshift.. grrr

Hi Guys, My gearbox in my ECR33 is crunching badly shifting from 3rd to 4th when under power. I'm assuming it is a synchro issue as the rest of the gears shift fine. Can anyone recommend a workshop in/near Sydney that have experience repairing these boxes? Cheers Chris

Hi guys, I just bought a pair of Autotecnica Seat Rails for my R33. They are designed for bottom-mount aftermarket seats. According to the person I bought them from they were brand new when sold to me. I test fitted the driver's rail on the weekend and one bolt hole does not line up 100%. I don't have the time at the moment to modify the rails to get them to fit- that being said I don't think it would be a big job at all. All it would require is that mounting bracket to be repositioned about 5-10mm. The other three mounting holes line up fine. Pickup from Eastwood NSW Cheers

Hi guys, I just bought this BOV from another forum user for my R33. It didn't really do the way I wanted it to and I sort of lost interest in it. It is a genuine Greddy Type S BOV- I have sprayed the top part gloss black instead of the original purple. When I purchased it, the thread in the alloy hat for the adjustment screw was damaged so I had to re-tap the hat to suit a larger adjustment screw. Includes the following; - Greddy Type S BOV - RB25 adapter with gasket - Hardware - Screw in Plumb-back fitting I have pulled it apart and there is no apparent damage, however, the diaphragm appears to have some slight wear. I had it setup plumb-back and it fluttered ALOT despite how loose i adjusted it. I didn't want the flutter so that's why Im selling it. Still its sooper cheap if someone wants to spend the time to play around with it!! WILL SWAP FOR: - OEM rear strut brace to suit R33 - Nismo GT gear knob
