i start work @ 4am so cant call in the mornings.. i can call at night, though i have a huge list of parts and a question about if i need to supply 10.5mm adapters to fit the 11mm ID1000's in the factory fuel rail.. so it would be more a call to say 'check the email i sent you!'

lol yeah that is true mate! would still be cheaper going racepace - that i know! I emailed racepace yesterday morning, but havent got a reply as of yet, so thats originally why i wanted to check their email address.. well that's exactly what i like about them, they did a great job last time and know exactly what they are doing. and less of a hassle for me to get to than a lot of other workshops. and yeah lol, this is definitely the case!

im more after a place which can do everything at once - tune + 100k service + install parts racepace did an awesome job last time i took it there and is much cheaper than another place ive been to a few times, also their previous quotes were pretty low from what i remember.. anywhere you would recommend?

Okay cool thanks for all that. Ill see what they can do. I'm thinking maybe just getting the 950 insurance and If I need the insurance (which I never really have before) I've got like 3/4 of it covered.

I've always bought close to stock and modded myself, that way you can do what you want and how you want it. sure its going to work out more in the long run, but you can have it set how you want, parts you want. at the end its down to personal preference.. and on stock being more reliable.. remember the JUN R33 lemon - clarkson drove it and mentioned it had never once broken down.. that thing was modded as much as you can get.. in my opinion you can normally pick up a stock one cheaper also. though if you want to go the modded route and save $$ - buy already modded i guess..
