just off chapel the other night i saw 2 parking inspectors walking around ticketing stacks of cars. at the corner of one side street i saw them having a bit of an argument with one guy due to the sign said no standing which was across the top half of the sign but underneath that there was a green sign which had parking hours on it - this was all one sign.. he was inside those parking hours yet they were telling him to move or he will get a ticket due to the clearway part.. lol where to parks!?
