4 door has a 20mm larger rear overhang same wheelbase and same underbody setup as a 2 door. Handles exactly the same as a 2door.

Hey mate have a few shock setups. Have stock with stock springs, seem to be in good shape. No leaks I've noticed. Also have KYB Excel G stock replacement shocks with a choice of HKS or King springs. Can get pics up soon.

Diffs are no different, Crown and pinion will be the same strength as gtst gear and if standard centre craps itself well then that's as good a reason as anyto go aftermarket 1.5 or 2 way . Because you are swapping from auto though you will have a 4:3 ratio diff instead of the 4:1 of the manual variants.
