It's perfectly shaped to your car and I believe it has Skyline logos on it, can't find any pics of 34 options catalogue to confirm but the R32 & R33 covers do.

The zinc coating on a lot of the parts in the engine bay looks consistent with a low Km's car but the coating on all the parts attached to the engine itself look far more worse for wear. It certainly looks as though that's not the original engine and it probably has a shitload more K's on it than everything else. Also, 40k on clock and no pics of the underbody?

You will need to change to a top feed rail. A Walbro 400 or similar would probably be a worthwhile upgrade. Lines will be fine but really you're supposed to replace all rubber fuel lines every 5 years..
