    Hubs mate, won't affect width. have a full set of 5 stud hubs if you're interested? You will need to either upgrade the brakes or get some blank NA rotors to have drilled to 5 stud as well as doing the hubs though.

    18x10 is extremely silly to say. an 18x10+45 will sit well inside the guard whereas an 18x10 +15 will poke quite a bit even with some lowering. DO your homework instead of asking silly questions like Will an 18x10 fit or will it be too big.
