Got my GT-T from them last year and was very happy with the service. At first, Shane might seem like a arrogant guy who's pretty rude and not interested unless you show him cash, but talk to Jeff first and you'll be looked after. Got on the good books with him, and he'd always give me parts for free which were taken off for compliancing. It's been over a year now, and every time i pay em a visit its like we've been mates for years. He still says that my R34 is the best he's ever sold =) If you have any issues or anything...best thing is to just call him over and over again until he gets the job done. He does get quiet busy at times and is pretty ignorant towards little things.

Hey buddy, I've got a really late 2001 Model series 2 supposedly "Nismo" Bayside Blue GTT aswell, but from what i know there is no such thing as a 'Nismo GTT'. All series 2 GT-t's do come with steel wheel turbines unlike series 1 er34's which have nylon compressor wheels. There's not much info about Series 2 NEO RB25det's and their steel wheel turbos, but i've driven three stock ones and they all seem to hit just under a bar of boost. These series 2 GT-T's also have more torque due to the extra boost. Hey buddy, Its most probably your coil packs. I had the same issue with my GTT. Every time i gave it the boot at around 4500 rpm, it would just sound like popping sounds coming from the exhaust. And yeah if it raise my foot a bit it would disappear. Ended up getting splitfire coilpacks for like $600 but it fixed up the problem, car runs smooth as ever now. I'd also get the spark plugs checked out while your at it.
