MX5 - Cheap, strong motor and box, <1000kg, REALLY fun to drive, can look very nice with proper offsets and wheel fitment
-
Just undo the flange where the cat is and drop the exhaust off. Its: - FREE - ALOTTTT Louder - Very lumpy and loud idle - Easier and quicker to do as opposed to fit entire exhaust - Easy to revert to stock Your gona end up getting defected with either and on a NA car the performance you will get from the exhaust is negligble so i know which one i would pick

Where Is Everyones Airflow Meters?
PSI-FED replied to Andrewtler's topic in Engines & Forced Induction
screamer pipe :| -
Im sure its been covered 100000 times but its just not worth it man. The thing will drive horribly due to the low compression and to get it to factory NA spec's will cost more than buying a NA car in the first place.

New R34 Owner Need Some Help
PSI-FED replied to 34sharker's topic in R Series (R30, R31, R32, R33, R34)
You can start off by telling us what parts your running in your car, how much boost etc,, without that you cant really get a real answer -
Ive been DECC 3 times already for "noise" pollution and all 3 times have gone to that "granville guy" and passed. Its not difficult, trust me on this one. lol why would you go through the trouble of fabricating pieces thats going to take you a couple of hours to make and fit when you can just go borrow a standard exhaust and slap the thing on in 30 mins. Much easier, simpler and a GUARANTEED pass. Its a N/A car after all.

Section 10 has been around since i can remember mate. Ive also never heard of anyone ever getting it unless it was for an extremely light offence. Sorry to burst your bubble
-
LMAO i went this year and i was standing next to some bumbag sporting sick c*nt telling his mate that RH9 has twin turbos, one in the front and the other in the boot. Hes mate then asked him "CUZ WATS RH9 STAND FOR BRO" and he replied with "CUZ WALLAH U DONO NOTHIN ABOUT CARS BRO ITS THE MOTAHHH" true story, that wasnt even 1/4 of the lulz which took place

What Are The Consquences Of Driving A Turbo Skyline?
PSI-FED replied to SweetAsBrahh's topic in General Automotive Discussion
NSW If on greens - loss of licence for 3 months If on reds loss of licence for 3 months and when you get your licence back you only get it with 1 point Nothing will happen to your car, you will just need to get a full licenced mate to come pick it up after your ass gets pulled over and suspended or they will gladly tow it away for a $600 fee. Stick to your pulsar mate, chix arent gona dig ya more just cause your car makes the ZU TU TU TUTUU sound -_- ... ok maby i lied -
yep, after getting pinged for >45kmh and getting disqualified for 6 months my already high premiums went up by around 35%

Ive got my G27 racing wheel a week ago and its only been used once. I bought it pretty much solely for GT5 but due to the constant stuff arounds of the release dates and prices involved in building a realistic driving experience i have lost interest. Item is AS NEW, works beautifully and has been used for probably 2 hours on NFS: Shift. Still have original box and packaging. Will upload pictures for anyone interested but item is as new, you can still smell the leather on the steering wheel.. Throw me an offer guys,, cheers

Car Accident Drams, Help Needed/advice From Experience
PSI-FED replied to Yts's topic in New South Wales
The fact that your brother was the one who hit him from behind isnt going to do him any justice.. From what ive seen insurance companies seem to go by the idea that if u hit some one from behind, no matter what the circumstances its automatically your fault as you cant prove things like "the driver failed to indicate, the driver was speeding e.t.c." I had an experience where a car merged into me and hit my rear quater panel. They argued that I was speeding e.t.c. and came up with all the excuses under the sun. I proceeded to go to my panel beater, get a nice over priced quote with a few irrelevant extras that had nothing to do with the accident but where arguable and fax it straight to her insurance company as well as forward it to her. Needless to say my R34 was back on the road within 2 weeks looking better than ever with not 1c of coin from my pocket -
In my experience your best of saving the $300 an hour your gona be flogging off to lawyers for mods when you get your licence back or put them to better use. If you do the crime you do the time, everyone gets caught eventually..
-
$13,000 seems reasonable mate, i wouldnt let it go for anything lower than that despite some of the stupid offers you might be getting. I had trouble selling a manual coupe which is much more saught after, its just a sh*t market man its something you have to unfortunately accept

Whats the ballpark figure including compliance if you dont mind me asking? Lucky for me white is the colour im actually after although ive always had a soft spot for the blue gtr's Many argue that you can get a better performing base GTR by saving the 5k but each to their own.. Personally, i think the diffuser is what MAKES the GTR and seperates it from your normal GT's, thats just me though, and from what ive seen the things cost an arm and a leg if you where to buy it privately. Aside from that the differences that i know off is a tighter suspension and a more refined ATESSA system and an active LSD in the rear

Ive always wanted a VSpec R34 and looking back last year it was just way too unaffordable at prices between 55-60k for a reletively low km one in good condition. I just jumped on carsales just to see how the markets going as im in a more financially stable situation to purchase one now and i was just dumbstruck by what i saw. Its easier to expalin with this link: http://www.carsales.com.au/all-cars/private/details.aspx?Cr=4&R=9273082&keywords=&trecs=8&__Ns=pCar_RankSort_Int32|1||pCar_PriceSort_Decimal|1||pCar_Make_String|0||pC ar_Model_String|0&__sid=122E57874964&__Nne=15&__Qpb=true&seot=1&__N=1216 1247 1252 1282 4294963846 4294963593 4294932943 898&silo=1011://http://www.carsales.com.au/all-cars...8&silo=1011 Is this really how downhill the GTR market has gone in just 1 year? Oddly enough it wasnt the only one, i saw 2-3 which where in a similar price bracket as well. Any input guys?

How Do We Get This Flutter Noise? Better Known As Dose?
PSI-FED replied to Jay_stylz's topic in General Automotive Discussion
The difference is almost negligble. Just sayin.
