will they acturally not let u on the track at picton without a clutch ?... and if i bought a kart without one is it hard and/or expensive to add a clutch to the kart

lol, well i'm not sure i guess it's up to my parents -_-.......just quick questions... do u know if the picton track has races there ?... is it really expensive and since u have raced u know what it's like... is it realy hard to win and stuff ?...like to get recognised

i found a go-kart on ebay that is new and go's up to like 55km/hr and thinking about racing .... im 15 can anyone tell me any info i need to know on buying right kart and stuff ? am located in sydney
