  1. mainly into punk like strung out, unwritten law, bodyjar, pulley, zebrahead, rufio, whippersnapper, and a few others. i'm borrowing a rise agiainst cd off a mate at the moment - not too shabby if you are into strung out-good riddance. starting to broaden my music horizons tho - getting into the john butler trio, jack johnson, ben harper, the strokes, cold play, and some young fellas from the UK called the music. as for doof doof i have heard this pretty kewl mix called slinky planet - sydney, not too bad for something different
  2. i was a bit dodgy when i cut out the car from a pic i found on fullboost.com - it had daggy bits hangin from the bottom. thought i would use the smudge tool to fade it in a bit. yeah it is a bit simple, but i am working on a couple more, need some spare time tho, to fully sus out the program.
  3. its a bit simple - what do u ppl think??
  4. Just wondering if anybody on here (from bris preferably) is having troubles getting their vehicle through compliance at the moment, with the mad rush with the new import scheme coming onto place?? what would the longest time for complaince be do you think??
  5. that was the one that featured in wheels magazine - they had it up against the monaro when it first came out - it was about this time last year. It shitted bricks all over the monaro in any performance - only downfall is no air con and no stezza.
  6. yeah also eucalyptus oil is good for getting rid of residue from stickers....
  7. i think that the first car has a front mount on it becuase it looks like there is piping to the side of the mesh and the plate has been moved to the corner of the bar..... it might be riced up to look like a pose mobile :burnout:
  8. I hear that Queensland has the cheapest stamp duty in the country. So we are lucky is guess. Not sure on how much it is (i think its like 2-2.5%). Will find out in a few weeks when i goto register my new 32
  9. Chad Barrett - Fast and Furious Located at Tingalpa, southside of brisbane. Mainly specialises in Skylines & Supras. I am importing a R32 gtst from him early next year. www.fastandfurious.com.au
  10. there would be a way around it in due time. Possibly the importer getting the stock parts fitted before taking the car to the compliance workshop - therefore no evidence of the aftermarket parts being on there - unless its heavily modified. It will always cost more, with parts and labour having to be a large expense.
  11. missed livid this year guys, but have seen UL 6 times before. I heard Scottie was pretty trashed (think he is hitting the coke pretty hard) Would love to have gone to see strung out, sum41, john butler trio and oasis....
  12. name: Callan age: 20 location: Bris, southside drives: currently corolla, but have bought an R32 compliance plate, will be importing a gtst in january. Will have to meet up with u all on a cruise when i get on the road (hopefully february sometime) does the green R34 have white wheels? If so, it originally came in as a GT-t, but they dropped a RB26 in it. It was featured in high performance imports mag earlier this year, Skyline Imports at Waterford built it.
  13. i just got a quote from just car insurance for a r32 skyline gtst to the value of 15k. it came in at $2500/yr on a rating 3. mods included exhaust, bov, filter, mags. i thought that wasnt too bad seeing as though i am 20. I do have a near perfect driving record as well.
  14. i dont think any other lineup will beat the one of livid 2000 - it was my perfect lineup i rekon... UL might as well live out here - they tour here nearly twice a year....
