Selling my S1 1998 stagea. 13,000ono Unfortunate sale due to needing a real 4x4. The stag really just won't cut it on the trips coming up soon, Robe to Gambier on the beaches etc. She will be missed greatly as other Stag owners will agree with. Brilliant to drive and own. After a set of steering rack mounts, the rubber sleeves that hold it in. Stupid design but got to deal with whats there. S/H is an option. S1 RS4. Any help is appreciated.

I'm after a 98 S1 front lower ball joint (No not a tie rod end or a rack end!). It's the two bolt type not the four bolt. If anyone has a decent S/H one lying around or knows where i can get some cheap would be handy, on the verge of being dangerous to drive now and it's my daily. Any help Appreciated

Yeah i've had a couple of other sets in the car and frankly none of them sound as crisp or bassy as the original speakers, and I want to maintain the stock interior including the speaker mounts as they are moulded in the fronts but screwed into the rear doors. Honestly, add a decent sub to the twin din factory pioneer deck and it's quite impressive for OE.

I'm looking to get a set of good stock speakers from an rs4 s1 I'm not sure if the ones in the leather twin sunroof model are different, if they are I want those ones. Let me know what you want for them. Sick of one speaker. 0422219937 Txt only or PM me.

Guys this is usually attributed to the transfercase to front diff tailshaft. Pull it out and you will notice that as you turn the uni joints around manually they will be quite notchy. The other usual cause for this is the front CV joints needing the grease to be removed and repacked. But I'd be pulling the front tail shaft out first and feeling if the uni's move without any notchy spots. My bet is it will be! Seen atleast 4 like that now including my own.. replace the shaft.. all good.

EOI I have a R32 GTS-4 with an RB20det engine. The engine has just been rebuilt still to be run in, it was defected for blowing smoke as it had massive amounts of blow by and this is how I bought it, expecting it to just be turbo seals. I bought the car with the intention of using it as a track car, the Credit Card has now blown out and requires me to sell my baby before I even get to use it. The car as a whole owes me $13,000. This is without doubt a regretful sale, yes may even shed a tear. Ok so I'm about to embark on my first RB rebuild... ok well maybe just a freshen up. I'm out to buy rings and bearings tomorrow BUT I really don't want to pull the engine out to do the job. This isn't a road car its more of a hack about. Is it possible with the GTS-4 to remove the sump without removing the engine? I'm almost prepared to cut the crossmember out if need be (yes I'm rough), obviously I'd prefer not to do that. If anyone knows the trick to getting it out with the engine in the car it would be greatly appreciated. (Such as drop sump down then remove pickup to remove sump completely etc.) I don't need to be flamed just after some useful advice. I've searched for a few weeks and the only results I could find were for the GTST not the GTS-4. Cheers in advance

Anyone modified R33 coilovers to suit a S1 stag? I was told they fit but they definately don't lol And I think I'm now stuck with them Oh... by the way.. Hi all :-P
