hey everyone, Up for sale is my beautiful 1997 white Nissan skyline GTS-T SERIES II 5 speed Manual in very good condition, with only 75,000kms on the clock... I am forced to sell it because of my lisence, im only on my L's...yes i know what you are all thinking...but the thing is i was meant to get my full international lisence transferred over...but it didnt go ahead so now i get my p's instead and its illegal to drive a turbo-charged vehicle, so unfortunately its gotta go and im very unhappy but i have no choice. As you all know the 97 models have the following features: *Dual SRS airbags. *ABS. *Power windows. *Power mirrors. *Folding mirrors. *Power steering. *climate control. *central locking. *mine still has factory CD and tape player. *still has standard Space saver wheel and jack. Non standard features: *17inch ssr wheels (some scratches) with new tyres on the rear, and about 90% tread on the front. *After market GTR front bar. *catback 3inch Jasma exhaust. *Pod filter. *Blitz turbo timer. other than that the rest of the car is completely standard, and i would consider it to be in very good condition...also comes with plenty of registration until next year March...asking price is $12,000 but any reasonable offer will be considered...here is my number 0424433871, if you have any questions please just let me know or PM me...cheers Tarek. awesome, i didnt want to brag on about it...but i think its one of the cleanest out there...im glad you said it 1st, i think its worth a good 12k...lol thanks heaps mate!!! its my car, im just getting peoples thoughts about it... so u reckon the only difference between the 96-97 is the ABS! how about the 40th anniversary, are they all 97 and onwards??

thanks R32line...i think so as well...in a previous post Josh33 posted a link, and all the late model R33's with low kms are at least 12-13k... do you know any differences between the 96 and the 97 model at all?? thanks alot

Does any1 actually like or even think the 370 is a better car?

still doesnt do anything for me...ok woopi-doo...its a late model car and its fast...GTR all the way...wether its been around for a decade or two...it still has history, class and still out performs alot of other street cars...please have a look at these pics and compare...and dont tell me its just another GTR...the z has nothing...

ok the interior looks sick as...the centre console is very similar to the V-36 coupe...the layout of the screen and buttons...right, the interior to me, wins over the GTR...but i was very close to spewing when i had a look at that rear end...looks like a damn SUV to me...and whats with the lights??? i cannot see the anything in it...no disrespect to Z owners...but it really is an absolutey ugly looking car...even the 350Z looks heaps better...still the skyline to me, wins overall...

i personally drive a 97 GTS-T so i cant brag on too much both these cars are out of my price range...but to me, all Z's look cheap...i think there is no comparison with the GTR...the stance of the GTR just puts it a level above the 370 and the 350...and when you talk Nissan, they have always been up there...starting from the 32, to 33 and the 34...the new one is just simply unbelievable... i would take the R-34 GTR anyday...maybe ill own 1 one day...lol

Hey Josh33...thanks heaps for the link man...yeh ur right thats about the average price...although all the ones with higher Kms are worth about 10k...anything with low kms and later model is worth a good 12-13k according to what i have seen from the link you posted... is there a Difference between the 96 and the 97 models???
