I've had a look at your car at Winton a few times and judging by how you seem to be going there I don't think you'd have an issue at any of the bigger tracks.
My car is much more basic than your's and I don't have any issues. Changing gears before 7500rpm on the long straights seems to help with blow by.
This one looks pretty decent just a bit of a hike to check it out.

Would you say you're a common motorist?
Everyone uses cars for different things and everyone has different tastes and opinions so there will never be legit winner to the people that don't agree with what has been chosen.
A mate of mine tried the Sport Maxx on his ST focus and hated them compared to the Bridgestones and surprise surprise got less than 20,000km out of them.
I think the Everest is a great car but they're priced ridiculously.
Most people that I know who have blown Ranger diffs were from being silly with the locker.
From memory my cousin also had issues with it idling in the beginning too as it was very voltage sensitive. I can't remember what the resolution was but it runs like a dream now.
My old man runs them on his car, they offer plenty of traction in the wet and dry but I think there are better value options out there.
They've been on the car for 2 years daily driven now still with plenty of tread.
