If you're not after anything too serious then start with a full inspection of the car and a fluid change. I'd also recommend a compression test before purchase. The car might even come with a decent clutch if you're lucky. I'd recommend swapping out the ceramic turbo's as soon as you can as they're known to fail. 707160-7(R34 N1) or the HKS varient GT-SS is the next step up from factory and will give you roughly 400hp to the wheels and a high 11 second 1/4 with supporting mods. Supporting mods would be a full exhaust, fuel pump, injectors and a tune to reach that goal. Search will be your friend as to which way to go about it.

What would the comp ratio be with the NEO head? If you're not running a heap of boost and the comp ratio was under 10:1 then I wouldn't think it would cause too many dramas. Maybe someone with more NEO knowledge can chime in and be a little more specific.

If you're running 98 octane you shouldn't have any issues with a little extra compression.

I would have stuck with the NEO head.

I'm some form of intolerant. Have been for about 8 or so years now. I got tested for gluten and came back negative. If I eat bulk pasta, bread and potato I'll feel like crap for a couple days and if I drink more than a 6 pack it blocks me up for around a week. I just try to avoid it and drink in moderation (when I have the will power).

What rails do you have your seat mounted on? I've got the same seat and side brackets but they're mounted on solid steel frames.

Stock cams/cam gears, -7s and E85 over here. 325kw with all the mid range you could want. As Piggaz said, a dyno graph won't always show how the car drives.
