  1. Don't be lazy
  2. That's a mate of mines car. Looking forward to going for a spin in it soon. Heard it's a bit of an animal.
  3. Sold out already
  4. I didn't think they were too good either in my factory callipers but I find them fine in my AP's. I stuck with them as they were a good compromise of street and track and didn't destroy rotors. How's everyone finding the Winmax pads on rotors? I'd be keen to give them a go next if they're not too harsh.

  6. I think I'd be running 10's by now if I'd spent that much haha.
  7. Sounds like bullet proof vests may be needed for karaoke night.
  8. I know I'd make more power going back to an air box but I'd never thought about earlier spool as I wouldn't have thought it would have made a difference. I'm pretty sure I'd still be fine with a standard box at 325kw.
  9. This should sell today at that price. What an awesome car.
  10. What would you call decent for $20k?
  11. ^Made my day! f**kin golden Hamish.
  12. Never towed with a manual before so no idea what it would be like but I highly doubt you'd do any damage to the 6 speed. 2300kg is braked so you'd need to install a controller.
  13. I'd like to know too. I run pods atm and have always been curious as to what the car would be like going back to an air box.
  14. I mean I'm still running the factory Ryco style. Hasn't been replaced since I built the motor 2011 or so.
  15. If I had 100 g's I'd be towing with a new land cruiser or patrol but I don't so the Falcon's do it for me. At the moment I'm in a 5.0L AU wagon on gas so it usually costs me about $30 to get to Winton from Melbourne towing my GTR on a 500kg+ trailer.
  16. When I converted to E85 almost 3 years ago now all I did was wack a bigger fuel pump and injectors in, fill the tank, tune it up (in summer) and away I went. Only issue I have is cold starts as it was tuned on a 30 degree day. It took about 5 go's to start this morning. I've been racing it with the occasional street cruise so the car can sit for up to a month at a time without an issue. I know this is stupid but I still haven't changed the fuel filter since converting yet it hasn't given me any trouble. I've got a new one sitting there but I can't get the old one out...
  17. If he only has to tow for 45 minutes the an FG turbo wouldn't be so bad. If you're really worried about economy, get one with injected gas. I've always towed with Falcon's including a couple of turbo's and they're awesome to tow with. The only thing they lack is weight to make towing a big load a little more stable but I've never had an issue with my wagon. The mrs on the other hand opted for a Territory to tow her horse float as it's a bit more comfortable on the freeway.
  18. ^The only reason I'll be there.
  19. He could have bought a GT with the blower but wanted to be different. Still goes bloody good with 330kw at the motor NA.
  20. Doesn't matter Ric. You still need to get the fark out.
  21. Yep, Auto Meter is just a brand of Gauges. ^That's the exact one I run in my car. You should be fine to wack the boost controller back in. Just make sure you stick it in the right hose and keep an eye on how much pressure it's making.
  22. Thought that was an EF Falcon engine bay for a sec.
