  1. Would love to rock those wheels. You can buy center lock adapters for 5 stud...
  2. 9.5" I rolled the rear passenger with ease last night so I'll do the drivers rear tonight. I bought my +12's years ago before I knew much about fitment and now I wish I had have bought something that doesn't hang so far out of the guards. What are people doing with their guard liner mounts once the fronts are rolled?
  3. Sounds like a pretty good plan to me. I'll be there for a week for Sema so will be spending most of my time there. Other than that I hope to fire some automatic weapons, get drunk and eat heaps of shit.
  4. Got any tips for Vegas? I'm heading there in November.
  5. I'm about to put 265/35/18's on my 18" +12's for my 32 GTR but I'm going to have a crack at rolling the guards a little 1st tonight so I'll post results eventually.
  6. Awesome Civic! GTR looks the goods too
  7. Nizmo_man has a good idea, buy the hard race arms and just spray them black. You'd never have an issue with the popo then. Getting cheaper tyres is probably a good idea but finding somewhere better to get your alignments done should be higher on the list so you don't have to worry about tyres. Don't bother with cheap coilovers if you want comfort. Go and get some decent dampeners.
  8. I didn't think the Hardrace arms came in rubber, that's the only reason I said for legality reasons. My mistake. I run Hardrace rose jointed arms throughout and love them.
  9. The A1RM is more of a track orientated pad but will still work on the street. In your case I would go with the HPX. They'll be more than enough for what you need and last longer than the A1RM's. For tyres, I've used the federal 595 SS's and they've been fine in the wet. At $100ea I couldn't really fault them. Bushes, I prefer Super Pro over Nolathane, just found them to be a bit quiter and last a bit longer. The only reason I wouldn't put adjustable Hardrace items in a street car is legality. Shocks are going to be one of your biggest choices and how much you want to spend. Personally after running Pedders, Monore and a couple of other brands. I'd spend the extra and get some Koni's or Bilstiens for better quality and comfort.
  10. I doubt my old man would have any drama's selling his Boss 429 even though it's far from original. In saying that he would never get the $200,000 asking price of an original.
  11. Yep, just buy another CA/SR and throw it in if you don't plan on running anything too serious.
  12. Your's is close enough I had a look at them but as the other guys said they're not the most attractive thing and I'm not going to pay $80 for one.
  13. http://www.hardtunedstore.com/shop/hoodies/skyline-gtr-hoodie/ GTR hoodies are back in stock for anyone that's interested.
  14. So how do we get into this GTR only club I keep hearing about?
  15. That's my philosophy. I can't stand people that have such nice cars and just let them rot away. I've got a mate that built a Torana about 3 or so years ago. It's lucky to have done 100km since then. It just sits in his shed...
  16. Does that mean you also go around throwing phones at people on the weekend?
  17. Sounds like a pretty good plan to me.
  18. Maybe let us know where you're located in japan and someone will be able to help.
  19. Any typical Jap branded coilover should be pretty decent but it really depends on your budget. A lot of people here use BC cos they're not bad for the money.
  20. Where'd you find that?
  21. For relatively comfortable coilovers, look around the 6-8kg range.
  22. I was going to suggest an ST Focus as well. A mate has one and loves it.
