  2. $13k isn't too bad for a 33 gts-t if it is clean and has a bit of work done. It is on the high side though. 34's go for between 10-20k depending on cleanliness and what's done to them. There are some that go for upwards of $25k but even that's pretty high. PS: I'm heading to Pheonix in November to see a Nascar round. Got any tips for me? PM me if you like.

  7. As mike has said, have a read of the E85 oil thread. I use Castrol Titanium 10 60 as mines a track car but if it's only for the street then an ethanol safe 10 40 would be fine.
  8. I run the A1RM's in my AP's and find them fine for street and track work. Haven't failed me yet and at $200 a set i'm happy if I get 3 to 4 track days out of them.

  18. Both Jason and I ran at Calder that night. Jason popped his gearbox at Sandown but has since put another one in resulting in him running a best of 12.8 I think it was. The best I could manage was a 12.6 but I could only net 110mph so something was wrong. Had to get towed home after the Great Ocean Road cruise Saturday as the car started to run like crap. Got home and one of the bolts was missing out of my front turbo outlet so I guess that answers most of my issues.
  19. Cheers guys. He was gonna skip the merge to save the extra mucking around under the car but I might let him know to re consider.
  20. Hey Scotty, how much benifit do you think there is in have a merge in a V8 exhaust system? My old mans designing his set up atm and is deciding on whether to put a merge in or not. Engine a 500ci+ producing around 700-800HP. Primaries are 2.25 into a 3.5" collector down to twin 3" pipes. Any tips or recommendations on mufflers?
  21. You'd probably gain more that a touch more by going to a 3.5" catback you'd think.
