  1. im pretty sure you are NOT meant to earth an alloy radiator .. I just spoke to PWR and they actually VOID WARRENTY if you earth it out. If you have electrolisis you need to sought it out with an Auto Elec BEFORE you install your new radiator.. Just my 2 cents
  2. ok i've looked everywhere on this forum for some how to fix my issues but i cant find anything . First things first my car runs hot , and i mean hot . I though it was just how hard i drive it but even driving short distance with no boost it gets around 95*c and when i boost it i can sometimes see 110*c. OK the Waterpump + Thermostat 76*C Opening has been changed and also i put new coolant in with new hoses + Clamps . Now i never noticed until one day someone pointed out that i have NO PRESSURE what so ever in my radiator hoses . Doesnt matter if its a 20 min drive or a 2 hour drive i have sweet shit all pressure in my hose . I mean i can take radiator cap off whenever i feel like it with nothing over flowing . THe coolant is right at top of radiator just like it should be + my overflow bottle it full right to max!. I thought it could be my radiator cap , but its a brand new NISMO item that i purchased like 4 months prior.. i've tried finding a simple post how to bleed system but no one has a post on it ? only site i found was some other stupid sight that said to jack car up and take cap off while the heater is on and it will bleed? but yeh didnt do anything .. Tried that little bolt on manifold but i can take screw out and nothing happens . Now before you say its the waterpump , it cant be .. when i rev the car you can see the coolant moving around the radiator very fast. I've rang every radiator place and they said they have no idea what it is? has anyone had a similar issue ? what could it be ? Im not loosing any coolant either
  3. This is a bolt on exhaust which will go on ANY GTR or GTS25t . I have upgraded to a HKS Item and no longer need this. The size is 3" Cat Back straight through with a canon muffler on the rear . It Doesnt seem to have any middle mufflers but i can supply an X-Force 3" Middle Muffler @ a price of $300 If you are after just the exhaust without the middle muffler it will be $250 This item is Pick-up only from Sydney West Penrith Area Will post picks tomorrow when its not raining and dark outside lol

  6. i'm pretty sure it doesnt have anything to do with my AFM .. I'm running a Z32 and it was set up by the tuner? it is set at VG30 AFM and when you go into it the number 1. Is highlighted in black . I just figured out how to fix my problem totally , but it's only a bandaid fix. I went into settings and then when to IGN/INJ and i went to where it says " INJ CORRECTION" now while the car is on red i set the setting from "1.00" to "0.800" and then start the car , It starts like a brand new skyling and idles perfect and does not spit out black smoke what so ever .. and once the car has been idling for a while i set it back upto "1.00" and it still idles good . When i start the car WITHOUT the bandaid approach it does the blurp blurp fluctating between 300rpm to 1500rpm in short quick bursts and blow's black smoke everywhere and it deffinatly smells like unburn fuel and it turns my rear bar into an ash try! Somebody please help me ? Anyone running : GT30/71R Sard FPR @ 42PSI on idle Walrbo Fuel Pump High flow injectors around 500cc i think ( mine is set at 95% Duty in injector) Please post ur INJ Mapping from ur Power FC .. Also ur INJECTION section and Water Temp Adjustments .. It might help me ( Im not going to modify settings i just wanna see what you guys have ) Any help on this issue will be much appriated .. I have just spent big money on tune and tuner does not wanna even look at it , so im pretty much only depending on you guys to help me
  7. i doubt its my intercooler piping leaking ? i'm pulling 17psi and it boost's fine and holds boost to around 15 to redline .. so yeh ill have a look at it , i did change nearly all the silicone except the throttle body one . its a weird size? does anyone know if its 2.75 to 3.00" ??

Hey guys only about 2 weeks ago my car was running fine but the last week when ever i start my car it sounds like a rotory as a first start it then it blips on idle like i have a massive f**k off cam in it , and every time it pulses it blows black smoke out the exhaust , and i mean REALLY black! sometimes it covers the whole front yard it black smog ! .. it continues to do this for around 5 mins then it goes away sough of , until you rev the car and it starts all over again .. does it worse when cold but does it all the time when its warm , i've pulled off AAC and cleaned it , Cleaned AFM and tryed injector cleaner + new fuel filter and just about ready to push my car off the cliff im sick of it . I'm really starting to hate my skyline because of this isse! can somebody please help me? ANyone with PFC Please Post ur INJ Map for ur 20x20 on ur PFC so i can roughly see ur injector settings and also im running 20 timing it looks like on pfc but my timing reading is false i think
  9. This is CORRECT .. They are all different engines so they cant all be the same .. There is a hole which he stated was on the pump but there was no hole on the block ! Should i use a genuine gaskit ? Or that loctite stuff .. ? I just checked today and i'm not gettin pressure in my hose .. I changed thermostat and all the hoses , genuine nismo radiator cap and coolant and still isn't getting pressue in line .. I think the pump has failed as today i saw my temp rise to 145*c which i didn't see straight away so i think i've just f**ked my motor !

  11. hey guys first things first , i'm having issues with my water pump i just got installed around 2 months ago .. As i work for autobarn i picked up a waterpump (TrueFlow) which is made in japan , so i thought for only 60 bucks what a good price .. I only just recently pulled of cam cover to find it looks like it has been leaking on the side where the pulley is . . I took it back to the mechanic and he told me the issue is that one of the bolts from the water pump doesn't match up to the block .. He thinks its an rb30 so im not gettin a good seal ? Is this ok to leave or should a fix it asap, obviously he isn't gonna help me out or anything .. Also on my power Fc my car is showing a water temp of around 85*c on normal driving but when a give it some loving it gets up to around 105-110*c and stays around that.. The gauge on dash seems to be in place it has always read ? Can anyone help me out with some info on my issues , cheers
  12. ok this is the part that gets me all mixed up .. The PowerFC Is Reading 15* on idle and when i advance or retard the CAS the timing still reads 15* even if i adjust it all the way untill i cant anymore it still is reading 15* .. is timing also altered by powerFC or only the CAS .. Every mechanic i call wont help me over phone they want money before they can help me .. car isnt knocking at all now but it feels like someone has my handbrake up and has a shit idle and its set at 15* with on the crank with a TIMING LIGHT
  13. hey guys i'm tryin to adjust my timing but no mechanic knows and i cant find anything on this website - or google for a fact and its starting to really get me annoyed .. My car is knocking and i wanna fix it .. So i've got a timing light and know how to use it on rb 25 but does anyone have any info on what line is what on the crank and what a medium modded skyline should be , also what is considered high knock and what is low knock on a skyline running powerfc ? I cant any info on that question either ? someone please help me before i go insane
  14. thanks for the feedback guys , i'm getting the car dyno tuned again on monday for the coil packs to fix the issue i had with the spark going out on higher duty cycle .. I'll post new dyno sheets with more info on torque and afms ..but i'm pretty happy with setup going to hit WSID next week i think aswell
  15. Well i am running a Garrett GT3071 By GCG . It runs the I/W Rear Housing with an A/R.82 Rear Housing and comes on full Boost at 3450 RPM and stays on the boost all the way to 7300 RPM . It's the only turbo i've put on my car but i would have to say its a very responsive street car and it does give you that big feeling when it comes on boost . CHeck my post GT30RB for the dyno sheet
  16. Hey guys im just about done my GT30R Project which i have been doing this year and im pleased to say that im 80% Done. Took the car to get dyno tuned by a private tuner that works for lotus/haltech and got a dyno tune for $450 which included Wiring up Z32 AFM and Changing plugs and Putting in PowerFC Pro My mods to date are : 1996 S2 R33 Skyline * Apexi/AP Engineering Power FC "Pro" With 3000RPM Launch Control * GT30/82R Garrett Turbo Running Internal Gate 7PSI Actuator * Tomei Z32 AFM + Plug * SARD FPR Rising Rate @38psi * Walbro 255LPH Internal Fuel pump with upped Voltage. * FMIC 600x300x76 * Custom 3" Turbo to AFM in Aluminium * Gizmo MS-IBC Boost Controller set at 12.5PSI They were the mods i had when the car was dyno tuned . I've just put in some Spitfire coil packs which he told me to get and the car feels a little bit more happier. Tune took around 5 hour mark as the car was running on standard computer and this was the first tune on this set up so he did a really good map on air/fuel. Future plans are now 740CC Injectors and then im complete. The car made a very happy power output of 324HP @ the wheels which is more then what i expected with Stock Injectors and Low Boost.

  18. hey guys this question might have been answered before but i am going to update my rotors to DBA 5000series and wondering if anyone else here is running turbo R34 rotors on their R33 .. Being the R33 is 297mm and the R34 is 310mm .. Every other measurment is the same .. Might not give performance but wouldn't mind the bigger rotor for same price ? Can anyone here help me with this
  19. hey guys i have a custom made screamer pipe to suit any Garrett turbo running an internal gate with the XR6 style IW housing .. It has the split which matches the wall seperator .. Reason why i'm selling this is it's to freakin loud but sounds awsome .. Looking for $350 as it cost a shit load more to get made as this is a one of a kind made for this kind of turbo .. Will post some pics tomorrow

Hey guys , got forced off the road due to another crazy ass driver and had no where to go then hit the gutter , Smashed my right wheel first and its been pushed slightly back into gaurd and both wheels turn either direction .. managed to get it home but i need it fixed wondering what parts i need and if you guys have anything
  21. hey guys i have a 3" Exhaust from the cat back which has a cannon already on it and a 4" tip . Will fit any R33 GTS25t or GTR and all brackets line up 100% . Pulled it off my car to replace it with a HKS Exhaust $350 Pick-Up from Penrith . This exhaust has no rust and the cannon is near new . Also i have a HKS Turbo timer for sale for $50 , Selling due to getting Mongoose alarm with built in turbo timer . Message me . PICKUP ONLY
