  1. test fitted my wheels! (18 x 9.5 +20) seem to have heaps of clearance atm as i have bugger all camber dialed in, i may end up running a 5mm slip on on the front to bring them out a bit. ps. yes there rotas bring on the hate! i couldn't resist them at $999 a set with hub rings and a full set of aftermaket lock nuts.
  2. +1 for it's gonna be fine, that pic is hardly any poke at all it will tuck for sure, where is mike and pics of his vskf test fits I know it's a c34 but it would give you an idea.
  3. there was a dude on nissansilvia who use one of those cans and it ate through his ally rim in a matter of months, scared me off them! ill try find the thread found it: http://www.nissansilvia.com/forums/index.p...howtopic=448832 scary stuff!
  4. I just factor in a tow if I get a punture haha, I like the idea of a spare from a lager car hhhmmm maybe ford wreckers? Also is your space saver on the front or the back? I think it would cause less of an issue on the front though I have never tried it.
  5. looks, usually show only because you wouldn't wanna run a car on the street or track with no filter.
  6. They would fit easy, but would look a little weak even on a pulsar.
  7. DO IT! people will always hate anyways
  8. Haha whoops meant 5000, I don't think the nulon syn is that great so it's 5000 for me, so you reakon royal purple is good for 20,000?
  9. That's balls ey, $115 every 500 k's no wonder I switched to shitty nulon.
  10. i see that makes sense, even still at $14 a quart/litre for 10-40 royal purple it would cost $70 to fill the old girl with a little left for top ups, that's an awesome price over here in perth most so called "performance" shops want like $110 bucks at least so you would still be ahead even with paying the postage.
  11. They only advertise as stocking single quarts of oil I think what's with that?
  12. doesn't it have to be an AWD block? either way i would be looking for a new block, screw the sleeving for 1 cylinder, all or nothing.
  13. I thought whoop ass Wednesday had started already man? I'm keen to go and cut a 15 lol, havnt been down since I sold my sil.
  14. pic of mine, please excuse the dust
  15. i only run a boost gauge, on top of my steering column was the best place i could find easy to see and out of view to cops and theives.
  16. ok, so i bought myself a test light and i found a rooted fuse looked ok but was buggered. Turns out it was under the bonnet going by the cover to the fuse box it was the TAIL L one meaning i probly didn't have tail light either oops! But all the interior stuff is lighting up again yay!
  17. yeah i should do that, but iv noticed other shit, dash lights, aircon lights, clock dimming and the lights left on reminder beep all don't work. its like the car doesn't know the lights are on, you reakon that's a fuse? i cant see one that would relate to that.
  18. pow, i love you! i searched and couldnt find shit! now i wonder which fuse would solve my problem as they all look good
  19. hey guys just a quick one, i was mucking around behind my head unit and now i have no dash lights and nothing dims when i turn my headlights on, iv checked all the fuses and stuff i know and they all look good. Anyone have a translation for the fuse box in the drivers side?
  20. /\ my temp sensor for the aircon must be shot then because my aircon is shithouse when your not moving, or is there a fuse for the thermo fan??
  21. I think it only comes on when your coolant reaches a certain temp, even with my aircon on I have never seen mine operating.
  22. +1 that's exactly what I do haha, but since its not and option for OP I reakon roof racks are the go.
  23. the return flow one is the one you want it requires less mods to fit as it uses the standard engine bay piping (looks more steath too). but i hear the bracket for the cooler mount is crap, no biggie though easy to make one up.
  24. No you couldn't really, I mean it's possible but not worth it. I just use high quality trans fluid in my transfer case, same shit i put in the auto box castrol transmax Z.
