thanx for the replies guys, apparently and sadly my line is a *cough* n/a *cough* :Oops: but yea never use normal unleaded but, always use premiums at least, ok just checked their websites and shell is 96RON and vortex is 95. But the thing is i think i always gets more kms from using vortex, no noticable difference in terms of performance though. and yea i kinda mix the 2 together sometimes, i hope thats ok?

As we all know petrol prices are phuckin ridiculous at the moment, especially if ur driving imports cars and the like. My question is which premium unleaded petrol is best to use here in PERTH, Caltex Vortex or Shell Premium Unleaded? And don't say use BP Ultimate...! ta

As the title says, my s1 r33 rb25de is lacking power, everytime i hit the gas the car seems like its gonna stall, like lossing heaps of kick or miss fires and than takes off. Can anyone please tell me wat speed there at at 3000rpm on every gear? e.g: * 1st Gear @ 3000rpm .............? * 2nd Gear @ 3000rpm ............? * 3rd Gear @ 3000rpm .............? Now i know these kinda depends on wat mods you have, but yea long as i got a fair idea where i'm at. And there is nothing wrong with my speedo. So basically wat brand coolant is best? *Nulon *Castrol *Tectaloy *Other brands...? Personally i use the ready mix RadiCool by Castrol with the 33% ethylene glycol level. Any suggestions anyone?

Hey i'm thinking of getting a new front bar for mine and will get rid of my stock one, but yea as you said, i'm not in a hurry to do it too. Mines the wierd bluish/greenish colour two tone wit grey section to its bottom part, with absolutley no damage to it. mmm why would you need a r33 s1 frontbar for?? :confused:

How bad is it leaking? Goes through the whole resviour (spelling) in like almost a week, this is under normal driving. So i need to top it up to the max every weekend. But its not squirting or anything, just dripping. And i'm just afraid that the coolant will wet the belts while i'm driving, a i don't really wanna know wat will happen next. So yea i think in perth the genuine nissan pump is like $180, and i can get aftermarket ones for like $80 from super cheap or coventry. But i heard that the aftermarket pump does not exactly fit correctly like there are extra 2 holes or 2 holes missing somethin like that. Correct me on this anyone? So yea might get the pump replace asap before anything worst happens. By the way wat coolant do people use? Just had this thought that the coolant might cause the leak? Thanx alot guys.

I think my water pump is pissing itself, coolant is leaking from there and i think from no where else like the hoses (unless there is other places coolant might me leaking from, let me know). So i need to replace this pump, preferbly with after market ones, unless genuine ni$$an is cheaper. Does anyone know which one to use for the 1993 R33 line, and for how much including labour? And possible a place as well in perth? Thanx heaps.

Thanx. But thats wat i thought at first, water coming in from above, but given that the hole is directly above the wheel arc water would probably circulate with the direction os the wheel and ended up into that hole. Miight gonna have to jack the car up and see from underneath. Any other ideas is appreciated.

I've got the R33 GTS25 n/a, and we're in the winter seasons down here, and recently i drove over a puddle of water, only to find out that the boot section under the carpet leaks water from underneath the car i think. This is at the very far left and right corners of the boot under the deck. I think it is leaking from the holes that the black rubber cap is in. Anyone had this problem before and nows how to fix it, cause the last thing i'd do it put silicone around the gaps. Check this area right after you ran over a puddle see if it leaks water in. Cheers

Can you actually have premium and 98RON mixed together in 1 tank, like half of each? Can this do any harm? e.g. you have half a tank of premium left, and than u found out 98RON is the same price as premium and thought u'd might as well fill up. Please advise. BTW, this is for a N/A not Turbo line.

I use premium but not always 98RON (only when its at the same price as premium, which is really really rare :bs!: , and its more suitable for turbos and really modded n/a anywayz). I find its more economical, you get more kms from premium rather than using normal unleaded. Not sure about performance though, but yea worth the extra 5c and u get cleaner injector i guess. Experiment a little see which ones the best. p.s. as PVA_Glue says...I dont take any responsibility for any action due to above commments...

The R334ME, she's Euporean Italian I think, unless an asian chic bought it of her. Black gtst at caltex murdoch the other day with rims a zorst and i think possibly a fmic, sounded really tough!

hahah seen that wine red gtst with the GTR and Spec R before at carousel shops, an old guy drivin it. If you wanna see hot chics in skyline go to carousel and freo, always some there. Just last week white gtst with 400R kit with hot brunnette drivin past extra slowly in the carousel car park, gave her a smile while checkin her "car" out and she smiled back :wassup: . Also theres this chic with black gts n/a with plate R334ME, saw her at carousel also. I think she's selling the line though... Cheers
