Still pretty frustrated that we missed out on possibly getting the house but i guess another one will come up in time. But i must say that i am slightly happier i complained to a receptionist at Peter Blackshaw and with in the hour i had a call from the Man himself Peter Blackshaw trying to explain the situation etc and said he had spoken with the real estate agent about the issue. He expressed that he was deeply sorry for the incident and that he was disapointed with agent in question. Anyways it is at least good that they took my complaint seriously and didnt just throw it into the corner like some business might have done.
