  1. Out of interest how many of you have dual monitors at work + a switch box + another 3 computers... I DO hmm it's capable of 8 maybe i should just stack my desk up with computers to make it look like i do alot of work

  3. I agree its bloody good fun me and a couple of the Canberra guys were there a fortnight ago. It was mine and one other guys first time. Our day was a little more nerve racking for me personally as I was the slowest car there and I did a 1.18.76 and 1.19.00. There were about 8 evo's, couple of rotors, WRX, MR2, clubsport and 3 skylines. all in all great day just make sure you take it easy for the first half of the day as you will slowly build your confidence to go faster on that note I only managed 175km's down the straight or there abouts.
  4. gl with the sale but wouldnt it be a 1999 model R34 GTR i was not aware of them making them in 1998 as they still had the R33 GTR then ???
  5. i just didnt know if you had another way of telling as i would have no idea without the badge or looking at the seat covers
  6. Spotted at about 9ish a gunmetal grey S1 r33 at caltex in weston
  7. Out of interest how did you know it was a 98 did it have the 40th anniversary stuff on it ???
  8. yea it's Cons from memory any of the trojan boys should know about it. From memory one of the dyno days we were at he made like 346kw or something rediculour... it was insane
  9. some people prefer torque i know i would like a little more while still keeping a rev happy engine.
  10. Yea see we had some cool suction thingy. That is designed to bleed brakes. So we didn’t have to pump the peddle, it was clean not one drop of brake fluid anywhere. I put Castrol something or other in DOT 4. Basically start pumping it out again keeping an eye on the reservoir until the colour of the fluid goes from a gross dark brown colour to a clearer colour (whatever the fluid you put in) for us it was a goldie yellow.
  11. What snooze said is what we did. However you also need someone topping up the brake fluid as you bleed it out. Don’t let it get to low otherwise air will get in the lines. You are also meant to do it in the following order... Rear passenger's side Rear driver’s side Front passenger's side Front driver’s side
  12. Thanks for the replies all... Cubes you may be right then. 3" dump with a high flow cat into a decent sized hks super dragger cat back exhaust. Cheers for the info all
  13. hehe yea last few days have just been crap. Everyone running around like it's the end of the world. Although last night went well, apart from a few oh sh&t's
  14. Not that i am aware of sorry i will keep an ear out though.
  15. yea no worries sounds good
  16. I am just a Sys Admin but they wanted someone onsite should they have any IT problems while they were in Senate Esitmates. I have not got a single call but i must admit you should all watch senate estimates they are actually pretty funny at times watching people go at it
  17. ahhhhhhh i want to go home stupid senate estimates hopefully only another hour of work but 7:45am - 11pm sucks balls
  18. i managed to open it fine granted i use winrar though
  19. hmm i wonder if this is one of the places that Andrew aka the flying Neon had problems with his story was scary. http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/in...c=92806&hl=
  20. Hmm i think either your place card is wrong or they advised you wrong. A stock R33 GTS-T S1 or S2 the placecard should read 205/55/16 OR 225/50/16 they should not be a different sizes. The ones i lent you were 225/55/16 so if they failed you i would have gone out and given them crap Um give me a buzz and we will sort something out but anytime after 5ish the rest of the week should be ok.
  21. mine is 10000G beat it losers *bunch of IT Nerds you all are *
  22. good luck dude the tare weight was the only thing i got pulled up on when i did mine. + with my stockies they can't fail you for the wheels/tyres
  23. I would say there is moisture in your lines. Do a full brake system bleed and then see how it is. I did mine before the track day and they are still feeling good It's easy to do just time consuming. Oh yea i forgot about that sweet more mullah (actually if you are going to get some of them blown up we will sort something out). I just called the Oz Events and the lady said it normally takes around two weeks (god knows why doesnt she just have to dump the photos on a disk ???) However she said she is swamped at the moment and it might take another half a week on that... sooooooo looks like another 7 - 11 days before i get it. However as soon as i do i will let you and Luke know
  24. Yea i lightweight is blue that's what i got
  25. Sorry dude i sort of said bye in the general area of everyone... I was buggered and all of Nick's (aka The Scotch Connoisseur) comments calling me a pussy hurt my feelings, I had to go home and cry
