Hey all as per my post i think like 20 pages ago i managed to get mine working and it has been going strong alot better than my previous turbosmart pos. Anyways i have upped the boost to around what i thought was 11psi. After doing some high load runs i found that it was getting up to a max of 11.6psi at 4500rpm and then worked its way down gradually till 6800rpm when it was down to about 9.8psi. I have checked the lines and they are as straight and short as i can make them. Other than maybe trying to shield the BC from the engine bay heat do people have any other ideas on what i can do. Summary is below 4500rpm - 11.6psi 5100rpm - 11.1psi 5700rpm - 10.7psi 6300rpm - 10.0psi 6900rpm - 9.8psi PS i know it's a cheap boost controller and can't expect the world but 1.8psi is a fair drop.

Yea i am not a fan of HOLDEN or FORD but if i had to choose i would choose ford

i wasent there so i cant comment but i am guessing Frink, Blueprint, Bullet32 and a few others were there. They would probably have to be the nicest people in SAU canberra always up for a chat and attend most of the meetups we have eg Jerra and Museum. If you come out again make sure you say Hi as others have said we are all a friendly bunch of people.

do you know that they were acutally standard nissan ones ??? sounds like they may have been aftermarket ones. I rang around a few days ago for genuine nissan rear pads first quote was $260ish at retail then i rang another nissan store in NSW as SAU members get a discount and i was quoted $180... either way that is expensive for pads and you can get much better aftermarket ones for that price.

nice power and a nice safe afr ratio too you could lean that out a little more too if you wanted eg 12:1 and maybe get a smiggen more power but probably not worth it,
