i would be fine doing 95% of it myself the big trouble as mentioned is finding some sort of adapter to fit onto the stock airbox entry it's a retarted shape

if you get stuck i can lend you a set of stock 33 gts-t rims with perfect rubber for the inspection

I was toying with the idea of trying it myself but if you have actually seen what i want to do it is no straight forward task

yea i am just trying to get some quotes but most place don't want to touch it the big reason turning people off is making an adapater onto the standard entrance to the box.

Hi all, I want to get a custom snorkel type thing made up that runs from my stock airbox to an outlet in my engine bay it is only very small in length but will have two 90 degree turns in it. I was hoping that someone here could recommend a business that they may have dealt with and who might be able to do this ??? i am compiling a list myself but any personal experiance with something like this would be useful cheers in advanced Leigh

just get a good brand name panel filter thats what i have done... also is it sealed off from the rest of the engine bay as that will also cause it to be louder.

i managed to sell my white one on ebay for $500 the black's generally go for about $400 - $450 so if you dont sell it here that may be an option. gl

having spoken with Timmy and hearing the power you are putting out with standard internals it would not surprise that it is starting to die. Standard internals + the power you are making = upcoming rebuild... sorry to say it oh also forgot to mention alot of the SAU Canberra and even Sydney guys who have had rebuilds have gone and seen Greg @ proengines. Yea i have found that too local cops are usually alot nicer

i ran it for a while in mine but have since gone back to BP Ultimate... for the following reasons Cost - not such a big issue but it was slightly more expensive than ultimate But the main reason why i stopped using it... Availability - i was sick of having to drive to wanniassa or dickson as neither are that close... Plus think about when out out of canberra not many places have it... BP Ultimate is everywhere now so i can be assured that my car is going to have the same healthy juice

i personally would go to newcastle pro sound I got my alarm installed there sooooooo much cheaper than any quote in canberra but then again even if you don't feel like going to newcastle get a price in canberra then ring them and ask them if they can beat it particually on mongoose systems... i will almost gaurantee they will beat it... bahahaa

Hey all hoping that someone can confirm if these will fit with no clearance problems Wheels i am looking at getting are 18 x 8 +30 offset they need to go on a S2 R33 GTS-T and just want to confirm that they will clear stock calipers, dont need the gaurds rolled and don't need spacers... being a +30 offset does that just mean they will sit out a little more... hopefully still with in the gaurds Any help would be appreciated Cheers Leigh
