Hehe the old pushy!!! what did you get? Ive had my days of mountainbikes i spent way too much on a Giant ATX 890 a few years back and ended up selling it for a measly $800 bucks (big loss) got a guy local thats interested in buying it, doesn't know what to offer and i really don't know what to take if you had the dosh what would you offer?

maybe the gearboxes can handle 700hp im not really sure, thats why im asking you guys! only reson i mentioned gearbox is cos Sub Zero tossed theirs cos it was getting weak?

engine will be comming from japan in about 6 weeks through an importer i know i can trust thats not saying i can't trust you, some importers are just plain dodgy though

yeh but why is the box so much more expensive than the R32 box like $1000 more ($250 as opposed to $1250) ive got some import DR30 taillights on the way and a JSS front bar comming eventually

well nismo dash is good and bad, they ain't that $$$ anymore but when you think about it it says EG 85000km on it, you sorta gotta remember that it had an original dash it in too and you don't know how many it did on that either so our 85000 on the clock car could have done 150000kms really yeh ABS can save you as long as you don't freak like old grannys do!

I imagine the gearbox would have to be alot bloody stronger in the RB25 than the RB20, but i have heard they don't take much over 350-400rwhp could be wrong

cool thanks keep them comming, i really want to knowwhat ppl rate the engine as. i would only be looking at the ECCS R32 RB20 if i was to get one of these. the car will also be changing, get rid of the pimp chromey, run some gold P1s and a front bar that i am hoping is getting made right about now show your thoughts

What oil do you use in your skyline gearbox? brands/weight etc would be great i just put valvoline 75-85 synthetic in mine and it was like water, and now the gears feel a little clunky and you can feel the syncros when you are levering it into gear slowly on cold, NOT HAPPY JAN!

hmm not the same gearbox, but last week i changed clutch and gbox oil in my other car, damn filler plug was rounded off and so damn tight, the only way i got it off was to take the whole box off and weld a long bar to it to break the seal. total pain in the arse! as for filling it without a pump, get a length of hose (about 3 meters) that is big enough to fit in the filler plug hole but so its loose. and get a funnel. stick these two together by what ever means neccesary.. silver tape works good to seal it. put one end in the filler hole and the funnel end above the car (may have to attach it to something unless you feel like holding it there) then through gravity the oil will flow down into the box slowly. if you know how much to put in fine just put that in, but if not just keep topping it up untill it runs out the filler hole and then let it drain till it stops then replace plug

Ok so i am definatelly going to be transplating an RB of some sort into my MR30 skyline. question is which one? and RB20DET is around $2100 for engine/gbox/loom/ecu as opposed to an RB25DET at more like $4500 for the same have your say on why i should should not go with either one of these

Ok i have an aquaintence that can get in these fantastic light globes from the states if he can get enough orders in. i have previously bought some from him and they were great. the globes themself are a Xenon/Krypton and are 5200K HID. they are 90/110 watt dual or single beams. available in all different sizes (IE H1,H4 etc) come in as far as i know 2 different colours blue and purple (possibly green?) park and fog lights are also available they have a lifetime warranty, and are guranteed to piss allover narva arctic blues. i think main beam globes are around about $50 a pair, and they then vary from round about $25-$15 for park and fogs etc will also have a small postage fee to your door i am going to buy more as mine were damaged in a car accident the reason i put them up on this forum is because group buys were banned in the forum that it was posted in previously check this website form more details www.eurodezigns.com

Yeh mate just bought similar car, white. only difference was nismo grill, nismo dash, brand new 17" wheels, GTR wing, kakimoto zorst, and basically trust gear instead of HKS. does't have ABS though i don't think? paid $19500 including broker fee and shipping from mainland

Hi i am after some side mirrors, i don't know if there is any difference between the differnet spec'd models, but i am after electric ones which fold in aswell i also want the control box and wiring if possible

hmm is your 7894 1.5 DIN? does it have a phantom face display, ie it folds into the unit itself and doesn't require you to remove the face when you turn off i don't think so, i used to own a 7892 and they are totally different HU's

Privately imported from US by myself, this unit is not available in Aust as of yet, and predicted price is going to be in the ball park of $1600-1800.
