LOL you doofus.... I just saw the repeat. Was nothing to do with Canberra - the guy said he was coming to Canberra to take on the bureaucrats. He was saying we should all drive at whatever speed we want and then the speed that *most* people did would become the speed limit for that road. NRMA said he was an idiot because the current limits were there after lots of studies by experts. That was the basic gist of it anyway.
