I forgot... spotted a white R33 in Manuka on Tuesday night (I was behind you) it had white plastic number plates with www.all-bids.com or something similar under the rego number.

I would think if you find one "dirt cheap" that it's cheap for a reason... unless you happen to come across a desperate sale for whatever reason.. Just keep an eye out on here and carsales.com.au and see what comes up, it will give you an idea on prices for a stock one too so you can see what the markets like for them.

I would check with the house that it's directly out the front of first, and if it's not theirs, then report it to the cops before it starts missing parts It could be the difference to someone getting their pride and joy back in one piece

wow good news! I was just in that area I'd been keeping an eye out for that white one, the painted white grill meant there was something to look out for that was a bit different.

Just so you know, it ends pretty early I have gone down at 2-3pm and the majority of the cars have buggered off already...

this is the problem.... retrenching used to be a nice pay out and then you got another job, but now there's no where else to get another job Companies are cutting back, and everyone's holding onto their jobs for dear life and therefore providing no openings... I'm way overdue a pay RISE but when there's all these people having to take a pay CUT I don't even think I'll bother asking

I got an SMS today from a friend I used to work with (who still works in a related field) saying he's been retrenched.... and it just got me thinking that it really can happen to anyone He's been at this place for YEARS and was very very good at his job. I feel pretty secure in my job... but then again I would have thought the same about him So has anyone here lost their jobs, or had family or friends lose their jobs, or been affected in any other way?
