yeah I guess it's ok....for a Ford it sounds good though (quad exhausts) - cant beat the sound of a really nice V8 i still love my turbos though..

spotted a gold or mustard type coloured R33 on Canb Ave about 8.30pm...didn't really get a good look at it..

i will hopefully get out there and say hi to you guys....I went to the FPV & XR owners club xmas party tonight and they are fired up to have a good day (hangovers and all lol)....if I make it it won't be till after lunch

spotted one of you boys with a red R31 Silhouette....whoevers got the blue numberplates i think you saw me too...coming out of hyderdome about 5pm

this is true.....my dad got pulled over and accused of having one - they eventually found it in another car who was travelling near him.sat nav units have all the locations of the fixed ones and make a noise when you're about to come up to one....it's great for me when i drive in sydney cos i often dont see the sign or i forget where they are. I know you can still get done by the non-fixed ones, but its better than nothing and it's LEGAL

supafly...i think i spotted you tonight, turning on to Learmonth Dr at about 6.30pm, you had a passenger in the car (if it was you).. speaking of all these expensive cars people have been spotting - I forgot that during the week I spotted a bright yellow lamburgini (spelt wrong i know) which i think was a diablo....sitting on the side of the road on the street i work in...omg I almost ran off the road

well it sounds like me, and thats just near my work....but i wouldnt have been driving at that time - must be my mysterious twin again spotted an R33 on hindmarsh dr the other day about 2pm...was silver with cf bonnet and black rims..

spotted a few this arvo: a maroon R33 at Red Rooter wanniassa, about 4pm....the guy was out of the car talking to someone in the car next to him. a gunmetal R32 turning off Drakeford onto Athllon going towards the hyperdome, had different rims, not sure what they were tho. and who I think was GTRskyline (sorry cant remember your exact name)...with the purple R32, hammering it as he turned from athllon onto drakeford at about 5pm :lol:

now why the hell would you do that.... i know thieves burn the whole car cos of fingerprints etc, but why do just the engine bay... lowlifes

it's not a bad idea....quite a few forums have it so guests can't read them. stops people being able to read about cruises, or other things without being logged in.. the trouble is you get a lot of people who browse first, and then sign up, and if you take that away you'd probably get less members joining.

yeah car dealers use finance companies so it's just like getting a loan anyway. If you can't get a normal loan because if tax issues then you won't be able to get one thru them. Especially if you have no payslips due to the cash in hand thing, and no one to go guarantor. you'll have to save up, or maybe try getting a dodgy loan from a loanshark lol if you have cash you'll be able to get a better deal anyway.

spotted Nik at the hyperdome tonight with his side mirrors neatly folded in was gonna leave an anonymous note on your windscreen but it was raining and it would have got all soggy

i think after the first ones that most people thought that was it... people were a bit wary of going there for a while, but I dont think most of us thought it would happen again. but now... I think it will be hard for people to feel safe about going back ever. glad to see you home safely b-man, sorry you had such a crap birthday B) you'll have to have a delayed piss up with lots of cheapo duty free grog!

as far as i know it changes to a manual after a certain period of time (a year?) anyway...I have no idea of the penalty though.

and I bet they didn't book the car they were undertaking for failing to keep left!!

don't leave your hand on the gear stick after changing gears...make sure you put it back on the steering wheel asap.. maybe the most important thing is to be confident - but if you've been driving that long i'm sure you'll be ok there.... i just think you have to act like you belong on the road cos if you look petrified and scared of everything you they'll think you're not really ready to be out there on your own
